典型應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域全球定量遙感產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)體系

摘 要：基于項目一期研究中建立的典型應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域全球定量遙感指標(biāo)體系、關(guān)鍵算法模型、技術(shù)流程等，以定量遙感共性產(chǎn)品為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)源，研發(fā)面向全球林業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、礦產(chǎn)、水資源、生態(tài)環(huán)境等典型應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域定量遙感產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)，并分布式部署在國家林業(yè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、礦產(chǎn)、水資源、生態(tài)環(huán)境等相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)部門，形成20種以上典型應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域定量遙感專題產(chǎn)品業(yè)務(wù)生產(chǎn)能力，以及20種以上生態(tài)環(huán)境要素監(jiān)測與診斷產(chǎn)品的業(yè)務(wù)能力，為國家監(jiān)控全球糧食、資源和生態(tài)環(huán)境安全形勢，應(yīng)對全球變化與危機提供技術(shù)支撐。

Abstract： Based on the global quantitative thematic remote sensing production system in typical application fields， key algorithm and model， technical processes established in the first phase of project， the research aimed to develop the The global quantitative thematic remote sensing production systems in typical application fields including forestry， agriculture， mining， water resources and ecological environment. These systems will be distributed at the national forestry， agriculture， mining， water resources， ecological environment and other related businesses， which will form the business production capacity of producing more than 20 kinds of typical applications of quantitative remote sensing thematic products， as well as more than 20 environmental monitoring and diagnostic products. These thematic remote sensing productions will serve for the national monitoring of global food security and situation of resources and ecological environment， and may provide technical support for global change and crisis response.
