[摘要]目的 探究正畸聯(lián)合修復治療成人前牙錯伴牙列缺損的效果，為臨床提供指導。方法 選取2014年10月10日～2016年5月10日我院收治的98例成人前牙錯伴牙列缺損患者作為研究對象，將其隨機分為兩組，每組各49例。聯(lián)合組患者應用正畸聯(lián)合修復治療，單一組患者應用正畸治療。兩組患者均隨訪1年，比較兩組患者的療效、軟垢指數(shù)、附著喪失指數(shù)及滿意度評分。結果 聯(lián)合組患者的優(yōu)良率為93.88%，明顯高于單一組的71.43%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。聯(lián)合組患者治療后的軟垢指數(shù)為（0.10±0.07）%，附著喪失指數(shù)為（5.28±0.79）%，均明顯低于單一組的（0.59±0.13）%、（6.97±1.20）%，聯(lián)合組患者的滿意度評分為（87.56±4.52）分，明顯高于單一組的（78.24±4.65）分，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 正畸聯(lián)合修復治療成人前牙錯伴牙列缺損效果明顯，值得臨床應用推廣。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of orthodontics combined with repair in the treatment of adult anterior malocclusion with dentition defect in order to provide guidance for clinical practice.Methods From October 10，2014 to May 10，2016，98 adult patients suffering from anterior malocclusion with dentition defect who were treated in our hospital were enrolled as objects.They were evenly divided into two groups in random，49 cases in each group.Patients in the combined group were treated with orthodontic treatment，and orthodontic treatment was performed in the single treatment group.They were all followed up for one year.The efficacy，debris index，attachment loss index and satisfaction score in the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the combined group was 93.88%，which was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group accounting for 71.43%，and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.In the observation group，the debris index was （0.10±0.07）% and attachment loss index was （5.28±0.79）%，which were much lower than those in the single group （[0.59±0.13]%，[6.97±1.20]%），the satisfaction score was （87.56±4.52） points，which was significantly higher than that of the single group （[78.24±4.65] points），and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）.Conclusion Combination of orthodonticsand repair can obtain a remarkable effect on treating adult anterior malocclusion with dentition defect，thus is worth a wide application.

隨著生活水平的提高及生活質(zhì)量的改善，越來越多的人開始關注牙齒健康，而前牙錯、牙列缺損均屬于臨床牙科的常見病，其發(fā)病原因和牙周病、齲病或先天發(fā)育障礙存在較強的相關性，若不及時對該類疾病患者實施有效治療，可影響其輔助發(fā)音功能以及外形美觀程度，同時，還會導致鄰近缺牙間隙牙出現(xiàn)移位、傾斜等現(xiàn)象，對患者頜牙的伸長及咬合關系產(chǎn)生一定的負面影響，相應地，給患者的日常生活也帶來了一定的負面影響[1-2]。目前，較多學者認為，為保證療效，臨床治療前牙錯伴牙列缺損應先給予患者正畸治療，以恢復牙冠的正常高度，并重建咬合關系，待正畸治療結束后，再對患者實施修復治療。本研究選取我院收治的98例成人前牙錯伴牙列缺損患者作為研究對象我院對前牙錯伴牙列缺損患者實施正畸聯(lián)合修復治療，以探究正畸聯(lián)合修復治療的效果，見如下報道。
