祈使句是用來表示請求、命令、禁止、勸說、建議等的句子。祈使句的主語一般是第二人稱you，但通常省略，因此祈使句多以動詞原形開頭。祈使句句末一般用句號，但當語氣比較強烈時，可以用感嘆號。有時為了使語氣更加委婉，可在句首或句尾加上please。

一、祈使句的肯定形式

根據祈使句中謂語動詞的不同，可把肯定形式的祈使句分為以下三種類型：

1.Be型，即以Be開頭的祈使句，結構為“Be+表語(名詞或形容詞)”。例如：

Be a good doctor.做一名好醫(yī)生。

Be quiet when you are in the library.當你在圖書館里時要保持安靜。

2.Do型，即以除be動詞和動詞let之外的所有動詞開頭的祈使句，結構為“動詞原形(+其他成分)”。例如：

Smile.Smiling can help you stay healthy.微笑吧。微笑能幫助你保持健康。

Look at these photos that I took last week，please.請看我上周拍的這些照片。

3.Let型，即以let開頭的祈使句，結構為“Let+sb.+動詞原形”。例如：

Let's go to the movies together this evening.今晚讓我們一起去看電影吧。

Let your brother help you wash the dishes，Lisa.麗薩，讓你弟弟幫你洗餐具。

二、祈使句的否定形式

祈使句的否定結構可分為以下兩種情況：

1.Don't+動詞原形(+其他成分)。例如：

Don't play with your mobile phone while walking in the street.在街上行走時不要玩手機。

Don't be late for school again next time.下次上學不要再遲到了。

【溫馨提示】

“Let+sb.do sth.”的否定句有“Don't let sb.do sth.”或“Let sb.not do sth.”兩種形式；Let's do sth.的否定句為“Let's not do sth.”。例如：

Don't let that boy play in the street.不要讓那個男孩在街上玩。

Let's not say anything about it.對于這件事咱們什么也別說。

2.No+名詞/No+doing。這種形式多用于公共場所的警示語，表示禁止或規(guī)勸。例如：

No photos!禁止拍照!

No smoking!禁止吸煙!

No parking!禁止停車!

祈使句來多表意，請命禁勸或建議；

主語you常省去，動詞原形來頂替；

肯定形式三類型，B、D、L記仔細；

否定形式也容易，句首Don't別猶豫；

若在特殊情況下，用No否定也可以。

【答案與解析】D 本題考查的是祈使句的否定形式。橫線后面的late是形容詞，因此設空句子缺少謂語動詞，在所給的四個選項中，只有選項D中含有動詞。

【答案與解析】A 句意：請在郵局對面的公共汽車站等我。我能容易地找到你。根據句意可知第1個句子表示一種建議，應用祈使句，謂語動詞要用原形。故選A項。

【答案與解析】A 根據句意可知，第1個句子表示的是一種勸告，應用祈使句，因此要以動詞原形開頭。
