      2.能認(rèn)讀、理解并會(huì)用句型He/She has...介紹人物的外貌。(難點(diǎn))

      教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備

      學(xué)生每人準(zhǔn)備一張全家福(可以是照片,也可以是圖畫)。教師將每個(gè)學(xué)生的全家福搜集到一起,插入情景音樂制作成PPT,并轉(zhuǎn)換成PDF格式。

      Step 1.Pre-reading

      Greeting and leading-in.

      T:Hello! How are you?

      Ss: Hello! We’re fine,thanks.

      T:I love my family.I’ll introduce my family.Please look at the screen,listen to me carefully.(教師出示自己畫的全家福)

      This is my fam ily.This is my father.This is my mother.This is me.My mother has long hair.My father has short hair.

      T:Boys and girls,it’s time for you to show your fam ily.Who wants to try?

      S1:(學(xué)生在實(shí)物投影儀上展示自己的全家福圖畫,并做介紹。)

      This is my family.This is my mother,this is my father,my parents have one child:me!

      T:Quite good.Thanks for sharing.Who wants to try?

      S2:(教師在大屏幕出示S2的全家福,學(xué)生做介紹。)

      I’ll introduce my fam ily to you.This is...I have...

      (師引導(dǎo)復(fù)習(xí)上節(jié)課學(xué)的詞匯和句型:father,mother,I have...My father has...)

      T:Well done! You are clever.Is your father thin?Does your grandfather have white hair? Let’s learn how to talk about what your fam ily look like!

      Write the title,then read it.

      設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過讓學(xué)生展示及用屏幕出示全家福圖片,介紹家庭成員,復(fù)習(xí)上節(jié)課學(xué)過的單詞,繼續(xù)鞏固句型I/We have...,并為新課學(xué)習(xí)做好鋪墊。

      Step 2.While-reading

      Activity 1.

      1.Learn the new words and drills:

      (PPT出示圖片)

      T:Please look at the screen.Who are they?

      S3:The boy is Li Ming.His hair is black.He is short.

      (板書單詞 black.)

      S4:The man is Li Ming’s uncle.He is tall.

      T:He has black eyes.(板書單詞 uncle,句子 He has...)

      S5:The old man is Li Ming’s grandfather.He is old.He has white hair...

      T:He is thin.(板書單詞thin)

      2.Teach the new words and the drills.

      black: black hair, black eyes,I have a black pen.

      He has black bike.

      My father/My uncle has...He has...

      eyes:These are my eyes.My eyes are black.

      What colour are my eyes?

      Your eyes are brown.

      借助圖片對比教學(xué) tall,short,fat,thin.

      What does he look like?

      He is thin.

      Teach the new words:uncle, cousin,white, hair, and read them in many ways.

      3.More exercises:

      Model:T:What does Jenny look like?

      S6:She is tall.

      T: What colour are her eyes?

      S7:Her eyes are black.

      Practice in pairs,then show to class.

      設(shè)計(jì)意圖:借助圖片,由學(xué)單詞拓展到學(xué)句型,避免了詞匯學(xué)習(xí)造成的單一性、枯燥性和局限性,讓學(xué)生在語境中學(xué)習(xí)新知、體驗(yàn)新知。

      Activity 2

      1.Listen to the tape of Part 1 carefully, and think what the text talks about.

      T:Who can tell me?

      S8:Something about what the fam ily members look like.

      T:Thank you for your idea.Please look at the screen,read the questions together.

      (大屏幕呈現(xiàn)問題)

      How old is Li Ming’s grandfather?

      What colour is Li Ming’s grandmother’s hair?

      What does Uncle Dachao look like?

      Is Li Ming’s mother tall?

      What does she look like?

      2.Let the students read the questions first,second read the text by themselves,then answer the questions on their owns.

      3.Discuss in groups,then show to class.

      設(shè)計(jì)意圖:在語篇學(xué)習(xí)過程中,先讓學(xué)生聽錄音初步感知文本內(nèi)容;然后采用任務(wù)型閱讀,讓學(xué)生帶著問題讀課文,記錄答案要點(diǎn)。這樣既培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生捕捉信息和處理信息的能力,加深了對語篇內(nèi)容的理解,又形成了學(xué)習(xí)策略。

      Activity 3

      (屏幕出示圖片)

      T:(To S9)I’ll say the number of the picture on the screen.You say what he/she/they looks/look like!

      T:Number 4.

      S9:My father is thirty-nine years old.He is tall and thin.

      T:Is he right?

      Ss:Yes,he’s right.

      T:Let’s practice like that in pairs.

      設(shè)計(jì)意圖:學(xué)生根據(jù)任務(wù)口令,從圖片中提取信息,對圖片內(nèi)容用本節(jié)課所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行描述,既巧妙地突破了教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn),又有效地培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的口語表達(dá)能力,提高了語言運(yùn)用能力。

      Step 3.Post-reading

      1.(師出示圖片,學(xué)生看圖片,完成填空)

      S10:Look at this photo.This is my fam ily...

      1.學(xué)生寫一篇小短文介紹家庭成員的外貌特征。

      2.全班交流。

      Step 4.Sum up and homework

      1.Say what you have learned in this class.

      2.Read your passage to your parents.

      設(shè)計(jì)意圖:學(xué)生在模仿教師設(shè)計(jì)的填充式作文的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹自己的家庭成員,由口頭表達(dá)過渡到書面表達(dá),進(jìn)一步提高了學(xué)生的語言運(yùn)用技能,達(dá)到了學(xué)以致用的目的。拓展性的課外作業(yè)既緊扣教學(xué)要求,又激發(fā)了學(xué)生課外探究知識(shí)的興趣,提高了學(xué)習(xí)能力。
