[摘要] 目的 探討局部解剖學(xué)知識(shí)在急性皮膚放射性損傷教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用。 方法 選取130名學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)分為研究組和對(duì)照組,進(jìn)行區(qū)別教學(xué),進(jìn)行區(qū)別教學(xué)前發(fā)放相關(guān)的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行預(yù)調(diào)查。對(duì)研究組學(xué)生采用局部解剖多學(xué)科相結(jié)合教學(xué)的方法,對(duì)同年同期的對(duì)照組臨床學(xué)生,進(jìn)行常規(guī)的普通教學(xué)。研究組教學(xué)方式中將皮膚損傷分級(jí)具體內(nèi)容結(jié)合皮膚解剖層次,進(jìn)行表格整理,并對(duì)急性放射性損傷的治療原理進(jìn)行歸納,以供教員教學(xué)、學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)。最后通過(guò)筆試成績(jī)衡量教學(xué)效果。 結(jié)果 研究組考核成績(jī)[(86.9±6.9)分]明顯高于對(duì)照組[(80.3±8.2)分],對(duì)放射性臨床學(xué)科的學(xué)生進(jìn)行區(qū)別教學(xué),教學(xué)質(zhì)量明顯高于同年同期進(jìn)行普通教學(xué)的臨床學(xué)生,且研究組學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,對(duì)現(xiàn)課程滿意度、內(nèi)容是否容易接受、基礎(chǔ)與臨床結(jié)合能力等均顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論 將局部解剖學(xué)知識(shí)應(yīng)用于急性皮膚放射性損傷教學(xué)中,有助于學(xué)生對(duì)急性皮膚放射性損傷結(jié)合皮膚解剖層次進(jìn)行深入理解,提高對(duì)知識(shí)的掌握能力,應(yīng)用價(jià)值很高。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of local anatomy knowledge in the teaching of acute skin radiation injury. Methods A total of 130 students were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The students were taught separately, before which a questionnaire was handed out for pre-survey. Students in the study group were taught local anatomy knowledge combined with routine teaching, while the control group was only given routine teaching. In the study group, the grades of skin injury and the level of skin anatomy were summarized in tables and the treatment principle of acute radiation injury was also summarized. The teaching effect was evaluated by scores of students. Results The results of examination of students in the study group [(86.9±6.9) scores] were significantly higher than those of the control group[(80.3±8.2) scores]. The teaching quality, learning interests, satisfaction to the course, acceptance of teaching contents, and combination ability of basic and clinical knowledge in the study group were significantly superior to the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of local anatomy knowledge in the teaching of acute skin radiation injury can help students deeply understand acute skin radiation injury combined with the anatomical level of skin and can improve the master of knowledge of students, thus is worthy to be promoted.

局部解剖學(xué)是一門實(shí)用性很強(qiáng),并且是學(xué)習(xí)和掌握其他各個(gè)領(lǐng)域與之相銜接的比較基礎(chǔ)的課程。但是課程的理論知識(shí)比較復(fù)雜抽象、深?yuàn)W,基礎(chǔ)理論偏多,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)較為枯燥[1,2]。在實(shí)踐教學(xué)時(shí),可能學(xué)科老師對(duì)其他的相關(guān)學(xué)科或又缺乏了解,日常給學(xué)員的講課中,無(wú)法跟上局部解剖學(xué)在其他領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展前沿,所以學(xué)生學(xué)起來(lái)難以掌握[3,4],這樣就會(huì)使學(xué)生失去學(xué)習(xí)興趣,教學(xué)效果也特別差,不利于實(shí)踐人才的培養(yǎng)。現(xiàn)將急性皮膚放射損傷的教學(xué)與局部解剖學(xué)的課程相關(guān)聯(lián)的地方進(jìn)行整理,提高知識(shí)的臨床運(yùn)用以及相關(guān)的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo),加以分析說(shuō)明,增強(qiáng)在教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用,使學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)起來(lái)更加積極,做到融會(huì)貫通,能提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣和教師的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,做到事半功倍[5,6]。本文就如何運(yùn)用局部解剖學(xué)知識(shí)提高急性皮膚放射損傷教學(xué)體會(huì)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析。希望有利于提高其在皮膚放射性損傷的教學(xué)應(yīng)用中,更合理地輔助教員進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的教學(xué)。
