【摘要】 目的:分析全面質(zhì)量管理理念在對骨科護(hù)理工作進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法:將2016年11月-2017年12月筆者所在醫(yī)院150例骨科患者分為觀察組和對照組,每組75例,對照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理,觀察組護(hù)理實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理,對比兩組患者護(hù)理滿意度及護(hù)理質(zhì)量。
結(jié)果:觀察組護(hù)理總滿意度為96.00%,高于對照組的76.00%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);與對照組護(hù)理質(zhì)量對比,觀察組護(hù)理技術(shù)(96.95±2.31)分、服務(wù)流程(97.96±2.24)分、服務(wù)態(tài)度(98.18±2.45)分、健康教育(97.73±2.96)分,均明顯更高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:在骨科患者護(hù)理中實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理,不僅能提升患者護(hù)理滿意度,還能提高護(hù)理質(zhì)量,值得臨床廣泛應(yīng)用及推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the application value of total quality management(TQM) in quality management of nursing work in department of orthopedics.Method:150 cases of department of orthopedics from November 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups of observation group and control group,each group of 75 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive quality management.The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Result:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,higher than 76.00% of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing quality was (96.95±2.31)points,service flow was (97.96±2.24)points,service attitude was (98.18±2.45)points,health education was (97.73±2.96)points of the observation group,significantly higher than those of the control group,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of total quality management in department of orthopedics patient nursing can not only improve the patients nursing satisfaction,but also improve the quality of nursing.It is worth widely applying and popularizing in clinic.

全面質(zhì)量管理在護(hù)理過程中以患者滿意度和患者健康為護(hù)理目標(biāo),鼓勵(lì)護(hù)理人員全員參與護(hù)理質(zhì)量管理,不斷總結(jié)、改進(jìn)護(hù)理方式,最終提升護(hù)理質(zhì)量[1]。本文旨在分析全面質(zhì)量管理理念在對骨科護(hù)理工作進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值,特對筆者所在醫(yī)院收治的150例骨科患者采取不同護(hù)理方式,發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理,護(hù)理效果遠(yuǎn)超常規(guī)護(hù)理,現(xiàn)進(jìn)行如下報(bào)道。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
選取2016年11月-2017年12月筆者所在醫(yī)院骨科收治的150例患者作為此次研究對象,采取隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將患者分為觀察組和對照組,每組75例。對照組男38例,女37例,年齡23~72歲,平均(47.5±6.5)歲,其中41例為上肢骨折,34例為下肢骨折。觀察組男36例,女39例,年齡21~74歲,平均(47.5±6.2)歲,其中39例為上肢骨折,36例為下肢骨折。兩組患者年齡、性別、病情等一般資料比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。選取筆者所在醫(yī)院骨科護(hù)理人員11名對兩組患者進(jìn)行護(hù)理,11名護(hù)理人員均為女性,年齡20~35歲,平均(27.5±4.2)歲,其中2名主管護(hù)師,2名護(hù)師,7名護(hù)士,工作年限1~15年,平均(8.0±1.7)年。本次研究通過倫理委員會(huì)的批準(zhǔn),所有患者均自愿參與本次研究。
