6月5日至7日，國家主席習(xí)近平應(yīng)邀對俄羅斯進(jìn)行國事訪問并出席第二十三屆圣彼得堡國際經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇。不到3天的時(shí)間里，習(xí)近平主席輾轉(zhuǎn)莫斯科、圣彼得堡兩地，出席近20場活動，政經(jīng)文相濟(jì)，雙多邊兼顧，敘友誼、聚共識、促合作，取得豐碩成果。6月5日，兩國元首共同出席中俄建交70周年紀(jì)念大會，習(xí)近平主席在會上發(fā)表題為《攜手努力，并肩前行，開創(chuàng)新時(shí)代中俄關(guān)系的美好未來》的致辭；6月7日，習(xí)近平主席出席第二十三屆圣彼得堡國際經(jīng)濟(jì)論壇，發(fā)表題為《堅(jiān)持可持續(xù)發(fā)展 共創(chuàng)繁榮美好世界》的致辭。此次訪問，兩國元首共同宣布發(fā)展中俄新時(shí)代全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)議伙伴關(guān)系，簽署《中華人民共和國和俄羅斯聯(lián)邦關(guān)于發(fā)展新時(shí)代全面戰(zhàn)略協(xié)作伙伴關(guān)系的聯(lián)合聲明》《中華人民共和國和俄羅斯聯(lián)邦關(guān)于加強(qiáng)當(dāng)代全球戰(zhàn)略穩(wěn)定的聯(lián)合聲明》，并見證多項(xiàng)雙邊合作文件的簽署。

Chinese President Xi Jinping was invited to pay a state visit to Russia and attended the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum from June 5 to 7， 2019. In less than three days， President Xi attended nearly 20 events with themes ranging from politics， economics and culture in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Through these events， China and Russia have strengthened friendship， achieved consensus for more cooperation and fruitful results. On June 5， the two heads of state jointly attended the commemorative gathering of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia， where President Xi delivered a speech entitled “Joining Hands and Working together for a Bright Future of ChinaRussia Relations in a New Era”. On June 7， President Xi was present at the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum and delivered a speech entitled“Insisting on Sustainable Development to Create a Prosperous and Beautiful World”. During the visit， the two heads of state jointly announced the development of China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era， signed the Joint Statement on Developing the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Coordination for a New Era between People’s Republic of China and Russian Federation and Joint Statement on Strengthening Contemporary Global Strategic Stability by People’s Republic of China and Russian Federation， and witnessed the signing of a number of bilateral cooperation documents.
