日前，由中鐵二院工程集團有限責任公司牽頭編纂的《川藏鐵路勘察設計暫行規(guī)定》（征求意見稿），正式對外公布征求意見。文件首次明確披露川藏鐵路設計標準為時速200公里，建成后，從成都坐動車去拉薩，將從36小時減少到約13小時！

Currently， Temporary Provisions on the Survey and Design of Sichuan-Tibet Railway （revised draft for comment）， compiled by China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co.， Ltd. （CREEC）， was made public for comments. For the first time， the document reveals that the design speed of Sichuan-Tibet Railway is 200km/h. After completion， a bullet train will take passengers from Chengdu to Lhasa with a journey of only 13 hours， rather than the previous 36 hours.
