【摘要】 目的 探究銀杏葉提取物注射液(商品名:金納多)治療突發(fā)性耳聾的臨床療效。方法 79例突發(fā)性耳聾患者作為研究對象, 采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為實驗組(40例)與對照組(39例)。對照組采用鹽酸前列地爾注射液治療, 實驗組在對照組的基礎上采用銀杏葉提取物注射液進行治療。觀察比較兩組患者臨床治療效果、治療前后聽力損失分值和純音聽閾值及治療后耳鳴分級水平、不良反應發(fā)生情況。結果 實驗組患者的治療總有效率97.5%明顯高于對照組的82.1%, 差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。治療前, 兩組患者的聽力損失分值、純音聽閾值比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05);治療后, 兩組患者的聽力損失分值、純音聽閾值均低于治療前, 且實驗組顯著低于對照組, 差異均具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。實驗組治療后耳鳴分級水平明顯優(yōu)于對照組, 差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。實驗組患者的不良反應發(fā)生率2.5%低于對照組的15.4%, 差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 突發(fā)性耳聾采用銀杏葉提取物注射液治療, 效果顯著, 可有效改善聽力水平, 耳鳴癥狀可有效緩解, 不良反應少, 值得采用。

【Abstract】 Objective? ?To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginkgo biloba extract injection (trade name:Ginaton) in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods? ?A total of 79 patients with sudden deafness as study subjects were divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (39 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with prostaglandil hydrochloride injection, and the experimental group was treated with ginkgo biloba extract injection on the basis of the control group. Observation and comparison were made on clinical treatment effect, hearing loss score and pure tone threshold before and after treatment, grading level of tinnitus and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment between the two groups. Results? ?The total effective rate of treatment was 97.5% in the experimental group, and that was obviously higher than 82.1% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in hearing loss score and pure tone threshold between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the hearing loss score and pure tone threshold in two groups was lower than those before treatment, and the those in the experimental group was significantly lower than those in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the grading level of tinnitus in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.5% in the experimental group, and that was lower than 15.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion? ?Ginkgo biloba extract injection has remarkable effect in the treatment of sudden deafness, and it can effectively improve level of hearing, relieve the symptoms of tinnitus with fewer adverse reactions. It is worthy of application.
