慎防空調(diào)病

炎炎夏日，空調(diào)確實(shí)可以為我們創(chuàng)造一個(gè)涼快舒適的環(huán)境。但長時(shí)間在空調(diào)環(huán)境下工作學(xué)習(xí)的人，因空氣不流通，環(huán)境得不到改善，我們會(huì)出現(xiàn)鼻塞、頭昏、打噴嚏、耳鳴、乏力、記憶力減退等癥狀，以及一些皮膚過敏的癥狀，如皮膚發(fā)緊發(fā)干、易過敏、皮膚變差，等等。這類現(xiàn)象在現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)上稱之為“空調(diào)綜合癥”或“空調(diào)病”。因此，在使用空調(diào)的時(shí)候一定要注意溫度不要調(diào)得太低，不要在渾身大汗的時(shí)候立即吹空調(diào)，要經(jīng)常開窗換氣。工作學(xué)習(xí)間隙應(yīng)到室外適當(dāng)活動(dòng)。
