大劑量鹽酸氨溴索聯(lián)合纖維支氣管鏡灌洗對老年重癥肺炎療效及肺功能分析

【摘要】 目的：對老年重癥肺炎患者行纖維支氣管鏡灌洗聯(lián)合大劑量鹽酸氨溴索治療的臨床效果及對肺功能的影響進(jìn)行探究。方法：選取2017年9月-2019年11月于筆者所在醫(yī)院接受治療的105例老年重癥肺炎患者，隨機(jī)分為兩組，觀察組53例，對照組52例。觀察組采用纖維支氣管鏡灌洗聯(lián)合大劑量鹽酸氨溴索治療，對照組采用大劑量鹽酸氨溴索治療。將兩組臨床效果、肺功能及癥狀改善時間進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果：觀察組總有效率為98.11%，顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組用力肺活量為（3.76±1.23）L，第1秒用力呼氣容積為（3.12±0.35）L，最大呼氣流量為（5.72±1.21）L/s，

均高于對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組癥狀改善時間均早于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：對老年重癥肺炎患者實施纖維支氣管鏡灌洗聯(lián)合大劑量鹽酸氨溴索治療能提升臨床效果，有效改善肺功能，縮短患者康復(fù)進(jìn)程。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of fibrobronchoscopic lavage combined with high-dose Ambroxol Hydrochloride on elderly patients with severe pneumonia and its influence on pulmonary function. Method： A total of 105 elderly patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to November 2019 were randomly divided into two groups， 53 cases in the observation group， and 52 cases in the control group. And the observation group was given fibrobronchoscopic lavage combined with high-dose Ambroxol Hydrochloride， and the control group was given high-dose Ambroxol Hydrochloride. The effects， pulmonary function and symptoms improvement time were compared between the two groups. Result： The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.11%， which was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The forced vital capacity in the observation group was （3.76±1.23） L， the forced expiratory volume at 1 second was （3.12±0.35） L， and the peak expiratory flow was （5.72±1.21） L/s， which were higher than those of the control group （P<0.05）. And the symptoms improvement time in the observation group were earlier than those of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Fibrobronchoscopic lavage combined with high-dose Ambroxol Hydrochloride in elderly patients with severe pneumonia can improve the clinical effect， effectively improve pulmonary function， and shorten the rehabilitation process of patients.
