摘要?目的:研究糖尿病前期中青年人群在集體培訓教育后,運用微信平臺進行生活行為干預半年后效果評價。方法:選取2017年1月至2017年6月福建省級機關醫(yī)院體檢中心體檢的人群80例作為研究對象,按照隨機數(shù)字表法隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組40例。2組共同開展糖尿病前期集中授課教育,觀察組結(jié)業(yè)后利用建立以同伴支持和微信群技術為基礎的干預網(wǎng)絡,分析比較6個月后2組的血糖控制效果及睡眠狀況。結(jié)果:無論是睡眠狀況評分、空腹血糖值還是餐后2 h血糖值及糖化血紅蛋白,觀察組比對照組呈現(xiàn)遞減趨勢(p<0.05),這表明糖尿病前期的個體干預行為收到實效;通過微信平臺干預對比單一參加傳統(tǒng)形式的健康教育,6個月后觀察組比對照組表現(xiàn)出顯著的血糖控制效果。結(jié)論:結(jié)合多重同伴支持及微信群持續(xù)干預方法,達到節(jié)省人力、物力,糖尿病前期人群接受程度較好。降低糖尿病患者血糖控制成本的有效手段,值得推薦。

WeChat Platform was Used to Evaluate Blood Glucose and Sleep Status in Pre-diabetes Patients after Health Management Follow-up

Abstract?Objective:To study the effect evaluation of life behavior intervention after half a year of pre-diabetes middle-aged and young people using group WeChat platform after collective training and education.Methods:Eighty study subjects were selected and divided into observation group and control group by the principle of random number.Each group had 40 cases.The two groups were jointly taught in pre-diabetes education.After the observation group was completed,peer support and WeChat group technology were used.Based on a basic intervention network,the effect of glycemic control in both groups was analyzed after 6 months.Results:In terms of sleep status score,fasting blood glucose level,blood glucose level two hours after meal and hemoglobin a1c,the observation group showed a decreasing trend compared with the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the intervention behavior of individuals with pre-diabetes was effective.After 6 months,the observation group showed significant glycemic control effect compared with the control group through WeChat platform intervention ratio.Conclusion:Combining multiple peer support and WeChat group continuous intervention methods can save manpower and material resources,and the pre-diabetes population has better acceptance.Effective means to reduce the cost of blood glucose control in patients with diabetes is worth recommending.

2013年我國慢性病及其危險因素監(jiān)測顯示,18歲及以上人群糖尿病患病率為10.4%。糖尿病前期患病率為15.5%,約1.428億人[1]。根據(jù)體檢中心2015年6月至2017年6月對來檢者統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)顯示,達到糖病尿前期診斷標準的人數(shù)達到全體人數(shù)的19.7%,其中30~60歲之間的人數(shù)占到81.2%。研究表明糖尿病對機體的損害從糖尿病前期就已經(jīng)發(fā)生,生活方式干預被認為是預防糖尿病的基石,可以有效降低糖尿病前期40%~70%的發(fā)病風險[2-3]。但中青年人群存在家庭負擔重、工作壓力大等特殊性,往往會忽略對糖尿病前期的生活干預而錯失預防糖尿病發(fā)生的機會。在通過對研究對象進行集中授課的基礎上,運用現(xiàn)代通信方式開展同伴間相互支持已取得較好的效果,現(xiàn)報道如下。
