摘 要:對某款車型懸置緊固件斷裂進(jìn)行分析,從故障件的宏觀及微觀角度分析確定了緊固件的斷裂模式。建立了懸置支架貼合面滑移量的CAE分析模型,經(jīng)分析現(xiàn)有緊固參數(shù)下存在貼合面滑動風(fēng)險。結(jié)合緊固工藝及實測緊固曲線重新調(diào)整緊固參數(shù)并通過滑移CAE模型驗證了緊固可靠性,最后通過道路試驗證及殘余扭矩測試驗證了緊固的可靠性。

Analysis of Fastener Fracture and Setting of Fastener Parameter

Abstract: The article first analyses the fracture of fastener in one vehicle, finds the failure model of fastener from the microscopic and macroscopic, establishes the CAE model of engine mount bracket and fastener, and finds the slide risk between engine mount bracket in current fastener parameter. Then the article sets the new fastener parameter and checks the reliability of these parameter using the slide CAE model. Finally, the article verifies the reliability of the parameter in road testing and residue of torque.
