摘? 要:新冠疫情期間,線上教學成為了全國院校開展教學工作的主要方法,其具有教學資源優(yōu)質豐富、授課手段靈活多樣、學習環(huán)境舒適自在等特點,這為課程思政的實施提供了新平臺與新思路。文章以大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)基礎課程為例,基于創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊支撐與線上教學改革實踐,即邀請創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)成功人士開展“創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)+思政教育”線上講座、選撥公益創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目進行線上路演、啟迪學生結合疫情防控等時勢所需打造創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目等,探究了創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程與思想政治教育的融合路徑、教學成效與改進措施。

Abstract: During the outbreak of COVID-19, online teaching has become the principal method to effectively carry out teaching duties in colleges and universities. Online teaching is featured with excellent and rich learning resources on the internet, flexible and diverse teaching methods, and comfortable learning environment, which provides new platforms and new ideas for implementing the course of ideological and political education. This paper takes the course "Basic Course of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for College Students" as an example to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship team support and online teaching reform practice. The specific measures include inviting successful innovators and entrepreneurs to hold online lectures on "innovation and entrepreneurship + ideological and political education", selecting public innovation and entrepreneurship projects for online roadshows, and inspiring students to combine epidemic prevention and control. The aim is to explore the integration path of innovation and entrepreneurship courses and ideological and political education, teaching effectiveness and improvement measures.

自2015年國務院相繼發(fā)布《國務院辦公廳關于深化高等學校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的實施意見》[1]、《國務院關于大力推進大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新若干政策措施的意見》[2]文件以來,高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育不斷增強、大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新蓬勃發(fā)展。近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟由高速增長模式邁向高質量發(fā)展階段,而大學生作為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)主力軍,這對高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育提出了新的更高要求。在實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興夢的關鍵節(jié)點,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)已上升為國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,是我國經(jīng)濟提質轉型的重要助力。創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程,作為啟迪大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、提升大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的必修課,正承擔著新的歷史使命。在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐中,當代大學生要堅定馬克思主義信仰、積極響應時代號召、勇于承擔民族復興使命。在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程中開展思政教育不僅有助于激發(fā)大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)熱情,更有助于為大學生塑造正確的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)觀、健全的人格與企業(yè)家精神。
2020年,一場突如其來的新冠疫情為創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程與思想政治教育的深度融合提供了契機與動力。主要體現(xiàn)在以下四個方面:第一,受疫情影響,線上教學全面實施,靈活多樣的線上教學方式與優(yōu)質豐富的線上教學資源為課程思政提供了新平臺、新思路;第二,疫情引發(fā)了一系列連鎖反應,造就了大量商機與行業(yè)風口,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)迎來新機遇;第三,預計未來幾年就業(yè)形勢嚴峻、失業(yè)人口增加,通過創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)不僅可以創(chuàng)造就業(yè)崗位,還能促進我國經(jīng)濟提速、增質、轉型;第四,在疫情面前更需要大學生開展創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐從而為疫情防控以及保衛(wèi)人民生命安全作出貢獻。大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)基礎課程,作為一門理論與實踐并重的大一新生必修課,在新的歷史方位下與后疫情時代被賦予了高要求與新內(nèi)涵。文章以大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)基礎課程為例,基于導師制下的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)團隊支撐與前期豐富的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)實踐經(jīng)驗,在疫情期間圍繞創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)課程與思政教育的融合路徑、教學成效以及改進措施等進行了實踐探究,旨在為培養(yǎng)德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才提供參考與借鑒。
