基于主題樹的醫(yī)療健康信息組織模式研究

摘要：在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展，衛(wèi)生信息化技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)醫(yī)療信息資源的深層次開發(fā)利用，但醫(yī)院和患者之間信息的傳遞仍然存在差異。在了解國(guó)內(nèi)外醫(yī)療健康信息服務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及策略的基礎(chǔ)上，本文采用主題樹方法，對(duì)文本、圖表、圖像、影像等不同格式的醫(yī)學(xué)健康信息進(jìn)行語(yǔ)義化組織，構(gòu)建基于語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)的醫(yī)療健康信息組織體系，注重信息的精確度和地方化表述，在遵循信息管理的基礎(chǔ)上，以信息用戶的需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，為公眾的醫(yī)學(xué)健康教育提供多樣化的信息服務(wù)內(nèi)容，便于公眾吸收和利用醫(yī)學(xué)健康知識(shí)，從而進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)我國(guó)醫(yī)療健康信息教育體系建設(shè)。

Research on Organization Mode of Medical Health Information Based on Topic Tree

Abstract： In the era of big data， with the rapid development of science and technology， health information technology has realized the deep development and utilization of medical information resources， but there are still differences in the transmission of information between hospitals and patients. On the basis of understanding the development status and Strategies of medical and health information service at home and abroad， this paper uses the theme tree method to organize the medical and health information in different formats， such as text， chart， image， image， etc.， and constructs the organization system of medical and health information based on Semantic web. It pays attention to the accuracy and local expression of information， and follows the information management to achieve the goal of trust Based on the needs of users， we can provide diversified information services for public medical health education， which is convenient for the public to absorb and use medical health knowledge， so as to further strengthen the construction of medical health information education system in China.

1 國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀

1.1國(guó)外研究現(xiàn)狀

從二十世紀(jì)五六十年代至今，信息化的浪潮席卷至各個(gè)角落，使得運(yùn)用信息化手段開展醫(yī)療信息服務(wù)成為可能。較早受到啟發(fā)的部分醫(yī)療技術(shù)先進(jìn)的歐美國(guó)家為發(fā)展醫(yī)療事業(yè)不斷投入大量人力物力，始終堅(jiān)持以研究醫(yī)療健康信息作為提高對(duì)公眾醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)水平的有效方法，積極推動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康信息模式的研究。許多國(guó)家積極推動(dòng)區(qū)域衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)的建立，在區(qū)域衛(wèi)生信息系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上，交流醫(yī)療健康信息，如：美國(guó)政府在2004年構(gòu)思了國(guó)家健康信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)（National Health Information Network，NHIN），作為基本組成單元的區(qū)域健康信息組織（regional health in-formation organizations，RHIOs）得到了迅速發(fā)展，經(jīng)過五年時(shí)間建立了150多個(gè)州的區(qū)域醫(yī)療健康信息組織，14%的RHIO初具規(guī)模且在一定程度上完成了臨床數(shù)據(jù)共享[1-3]。商業(yè)公司微軟推出了醫(yī)療信息化服務(wù)平臺(tái)，促進(jìn)醫(yī)生和患者對(duì)醫(yī)療信息的掌握。英特爾通過計(jì)算機(jī)手段，也相繼推出了數(shù)字化醫(yī)療平臺(tái)，構(gòu)建醫(yī)生和病人溝通的橋梁。英國(guó)政府?dāng)M投入55億英鎊，發(fā)展全國(guó)醫(yī)療信息化項(xiàng)目（NHS National Programme for IT，NPfIT），一個(gè)基于信息交流和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的國(guó)家衛(wèi)生信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)體系，將為所有公民的一生建立電子健康記錄，使得國(guó)民能夠通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲取自己的病歷信息和健康檔案信息。新加坡國(guó)家在信息化方案“iN2015”中明確提出：在2011年之前，啟動(dòng)線上醫(yī)療和檢測(cè)技術(shù)服務(wù)，方便市民獲取個(gè)人健康和醫(yī)療信息。另外，“iN2015”中還規(guī)劃了醫(yī)療服務(wù)信息化建設(shè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)目標(biāo)[4]。
