      特需孩子的“小華媽媽”

      康復(fù)課上,謝小華正在對(duì)孩子們進(jìn)行手指訓(xùn)練。In a rehabilitation class, Xie Xiaohua guides children in finger training.

      謝小華是淄博市沂源縣特殊教育學(xué)校的一名教師,從事特教工作已經(jīng)26年。面對(duì)一個(gè)個(gè)需要特殊照顧和關(guān)愛(ài)的特需學(xué)生,她像媽媽一樣悉心呵護(hù),特教學(xué)校里的師生親切地稱她“小華媽媽”。

      下課鈴響起,謝小華并沒(méi)有直接回辦公室,她放下手里的教具,徑直來(lái)到患有腦癱的學(xué)生小珊(化名)的座位前,彎下腰,把小珊的手臂從頭頂拉過(guò)搭在自己的肩上,挺腰起身,將小珊背在背上,一邊和她說(shuō)著話,一邊上樓走進(jìn)衛(wèi)生間。等小珊上完廁所,謝小華再把她背回教室。這樣上下樓陪小珊上廁所,謝小華每天都要重復(fù)好幾次。

      類似這樣特殊的陪伴,是謝小華日常工作的一個(gè)縮影。從1996年擔(dān)任特教老師起,謝小華便深知每一個(gè)特需學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)和生活上面臨的種種困境,更理解每一個(gè)孩子身后的親人對(duì)孩子的疼愛(ài)與希望。因此,謝小華在教學(xué)過(guò)程中特別尊重、珍視特需孩子的差異,對(duì)班里的每個(gè)特需孩子因材施教,從發(fā)音、說(shuō)話、學(xué)習(xí)到吃喝拉撒,實(shí)施個(gè)別化教育、特殊化關(guān)愛(ài)。為訓(xùn)練孩子發(fā)音,一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的口型她往往要重復(fù)上百次。長(zhǎng)期滿負(fù)荷的訓(xùn)練,讓她經(jīng)常喉嚨腫脹、嗓音嘶啞、潰瘍頻發(fā)。

      2013年,學(xué)校成立康復(fù)中心,謝小華又擔(dān)任了康復(fù)老師,專門從事特需孩子的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練工作。為讓孩子們得到科學(xué)、精準(zhǔn)、有效的訓(xùn)練,謝小華為每一個(gè)孩子制定出詳實(shí)可行的康復(fù)計(jì)劃。對(duì)一些有智力缺陷的孩子,謝小華會(huì)一一為他們洗臉、洗頭、理發(fā)、扎辮子,像疼愛(ài)自己的孩子一樣,耐心培養(yǎng)他們的生活自理技能。

      此外,訓(xùn)練一些特需孩子的行動(dòng)能力、精細(xì)動(dòng)作,也是謝小華每天必做的功課。孩子們完成一組完整的動(dòng)作,常常需要一上午的時(shí)間,這就需要她付出幾倍于常人的愛(ài)心、耐心和細(xì)心。26年來(lái),謝小華先后幫助120多名特需孩子在身心上得到有效補(bǔ)償。她說(shuō),用愛(ài)去陪伴每個(gè)特需孩子成長(zhǎng),是她人生中最大的幸福和追求。

      訓(xùn)練特需孩子的精細(xì)動(dòng)作,需要謝小華付出極大的耐心和細(xì)心。Xie Xiaohua needs great patience and care to train the fine motor skills of children with special needs.

      謝小華像疼愛(ài)自己的孩子一樣,照顧特需孩子們的起居。Xie Xiaohua takes care of children with special needs as if they were her own.

      Xie Xiaohua, a teacher at Yiyuan County Special Education School, Zibo City, has been engaged in special education for 26 years. She takes care of those children needing special care in a motherly fashion, thus the teachers and students in the school affectionately call her “Mother Xiaohua”.

      Since her first day as a special education teacher in 1996, she has been well aware of the difficulties faced by these students in study and life, and fully understood the love of their relatives and families and their hope for them. For this reason, Xie Xiaohua has been respecting and valuing their differences in her teaching process, taught them according to their aptitude, and of-fered individualized education and special care from pronunciation, utterances, literacy and study to eating, drinking, and toilet training.

      In 2013, the school established a rehabilitation center, where Xie Xiaohua specialized in the rehabilitation training of children with special needs. To achieve scientific, accurate and effective training, Xie Xiaohua has worked out a detailed and feasible rehabilitation plan for every child. In the past 26 years, she has helped more than 120 children with special needs to obtain both physical and mental compensation in an effective manner. She said that accompanying every special child with love was her greatst happiness and pursuit in life.
