關(guān)于長(zhǎng)期住院老年癡呆患者護(hù)理工作中的倫理問(wèn)題和對(duì)策分析

摘要〔〕老年癡呆癥患者給家庭及社會(huì)帶來(lái)沉重負(fù)擔(dān)，導(dǎo)致潛在安全性問(wèn)題與家屬無(wú)法長(zhǎng)期陪護(hù)之間、身體約束保護(hù)與自尊及《精神衛(wèi)生法》之間，生活質(zhì)量與生命價(jià)值觀之間產(chǎn)生一系列矛盾及倫理問(wèn)題，也使密切和他們接觸的護(hù)理人員不得不面臨道德、倫理困境。建議醫(yī)院提供專(zhuān)職、專(zhuān)業(yè)的養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員對(duì)老年癡呆患者進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期陪護(hù)；加強(qiáng)護(hù)理人員與患者家屬的溝通交流，合理、合法使用約束工具；完善醫(yī)療體系的建設(shè)，構(gòu)建“醫(yī)養(yǎng)結(jié)合”的照護(hù)體系；進(jìn)行綜合性康復(fù)護(hù)理干預(yù)，提高患者生活質(zhì)量；轉(zhuǎn)變服務(wù)理念，加強(qiáng)倫理知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和應(yīng)用，促進(jìn)護(hù)患關(guān)系和諧。

Abstract:Alzheimer′s patients bring heavy burden to their family and society,causing potential safety problems unable to escort for a long time with the family, physical constraints between protection and between self-esteem and the mental health law,the quality of life and life values produce a series of contradiction and ethical issues,also make close contact with their nursing staff have to face the moral and ethical dilemma.The suggestions are :Hospital provides professional full-time, professional pension caregivers of alzheimer′s patients for long-term care, Strengthen the communication of nursing staff and patients′ families, Reasonable and legitimate use tools,Perfect medical system construction, build "Medical support combined" care system, Carry out the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention, improve the patients quality of life, Change service concept, strengthening the study of ethical knowledge and application to promote the doctor-patient relationship.
