論高空作業(yè)墜落損傷患者的人文關(guān)懷

摘要〔〕通過對高空建筑作業(yè)人員不慎墜落受損傷后所表現(xiàn)出來的心理驚恐、緊張、焦慮等心理特征進行分析，強調(diào)醫(yī)護人員應(yīng)從人文關(guān)懷入手，針對患者心理特征，在救治中實施人文關(guān)懷的有效措施，幫助患者解除已經(jīng)存在或潛在的負面心理問題，構(gòu)建和諧的醫(yī)患關(guān)系，強化人文意識，這對高空墜落損傷患者的急救治療和康復(fù)有著積極的作用。

Discussion on Humanistic Care for Falling Injured Patients When Working Aloft

Abstract:Patients injured due to falling when working aloft always have negative psychic reaction such as psychological panic, tension, anxiety. The author pointed out medical staff should implement effective measures of humanistic solicitude according to psychological characteristics of injured workers, to help patients relieve occurred or potential occurred psychological problem. As a result, establishing harmonious physician-patient relationship and strengthening the consciousness of humanity has an active effect on emergency treatment and rehabilitation for falling injured patients when working aloft.
