Nursing Care for a Patient with Anxiety Neurosis
病人:我的病剛剛好一點,你們就要給我減藥。晚上肯定睡不好,毛病就會加重。這樣肯定不行,你幫我跟醫(yī)生講講,不要減藥。
護士:你的心情我理解。但是,治療是一個完整的過程,總有減藥的時間。
病人:我知道,但現(xiàn)在肯定不行。
護士:醫(yī)生對你的病情很了解。這是根據(jù)你的病情進行的用藥調(diào)整,你該信任你的床位醫(yī)生。
病人:我不是不相信醫(yī)生,可萬一減了藥真的睡不著,那該怎么辦?
護士:你放心,晚上我們的值班護士會定時巡視病房。如果你真的睡不著,她會聯(lián)系值班醫(yī)生給你酌情用藥,第2天護士也會向你的床位醫(yī)生作詳細交班。所以,現(xiàn)在你要做的是放松自己。要知道,你緊張焦慮的情緒反而會嚴重影響你晚上的睡眠。

Patient:I do trust my doctor.But I don't know what to do if I cannot sleep well at night.
Nurse:Don't worry,the nurse on duty at night will look after you.She will call the doctor on duty to give you medication if you can't sleep.And she will report your situation to your doctor in detail the following morning.So what you should do now is relax.As you know,your anxiety and nervousness will affect your sleep.
Patient:I feel a little better now after your explanation.
