[摘要] 目的 探討基于智能云平臺(tái)在高職護(hù)理實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)中的輔助作用。 方法 選取2018年3~7月安徽中醫(yī)藥高等??茖W(xué)校2017級(jí)112名護(hù)理專業(yè)護(hù)生,按照第一學(xué)期末成績將其分為對(duì)照組和研究組,各56名。對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)方法,研究組采用基于智能云平臺(tái)輔助實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)方法。對(duì)比兩組護(hù)生的實(shí)訓(xùn)考核成績及其對(duì)教學(xué)效果的評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)比兩組的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。 結(jié)果 研究組與對(duì)照組比較,實(shí)訓(xùn)考核理論知識(shí)、實(shí)訓(xùn)操作得分及總分均較高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);研究組與對(duì)照組比較,注意力、接收知識(shí)能力、課堂氛圍等7項(xiàng)教學(xué)效果評(píng)分及總均分均較高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);教學(xué)前研究組與對(duì)照組4項(xiàng)自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評(píng)分及總分比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),教學(xué)后研究組與對(duì)照組比較,上述自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評(píng)分均較高,且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),教學(xué)后與教學(xué)前比較,研究組4項(xiàng)自主學(xué)習(xí)能力評(píng)分均升高,且差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05),而對(duì)照組教學(xué)前后比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。 結(jié)論 基于智能云平臺(tái)的教學(xué)方法應(yīng)用于高職護(hù)理實(shí)訓(xùn)輔助教學(xué)中,有助于提高實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)成績、提升實(shí)訓(xùn)教學(xué)效果,并且有利于培養(yǎng)護(hù)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,值得借鑒和應(yīng)用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the auxiliary role of intelligent cloud platform in the teaching of high vocational nursing training. Methods A total of 112 nursing students from 2017 in Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to July 2018 were selected. According to the results of the first semester, they were divided into control group and study group, with 56 cases in each group. The control group used the traditional training teaching method, and the study group used the intelligent cloud platform assisted training teaching method. The training results of the two groups of nursing students and their evaluation of the teaching effect were compared, and the independent learning ability of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with those of the control group, the training assessment theoretical knowledge, training operation scores and total scores of the study group were higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The scores of seven teaching effects including attention and receiving knowledge ability and classroom atmosphere, etc and total scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the four independent learning ability scores and total scores between the study group and the control group before teaching(P>0.05). After the teaching, the study group had higher scores of the above self-learning ability than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The self-learning ability of the four aspects after teaching in the study group was higher than that before teaching, with statistical difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the control group before and after teaching(P>0.05). Conclusion The teaching method based on intelligent cloud platform applied to the teaching of higher vocational nursing training is helpful to improve the result of practical training teaching and improve the effect of practical training teaching. It is also conducive to cultivating the independent learning ability of nursing students, which is worthy of reference and application.
