【摘 要】 目的:探討體驗(yàn)式分娩教學(xué)模式對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)理人員認(rèn)知水平及教學(xué)效果的影響。方法:選取2018年2月-2019年2月于我院產(chǎn)科實(shí)習(xí)的54名護(hù)理人員,將其按隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為兩組,設(shè)為對(duì)照組和觀(guān)察組,各27名。對(duì)照組傳統(tǒng)教學(xué),觀(guān)察組采用體驗(yàn)式分娩教學(xué)模式。觀(guān)察比較兩組實(shí)習(xí)人員認(rèn)知水平,批判性思維及教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果:實(shí)習(xí)前兩組認(rèn)知水平差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束后觀(guān)察組認(rèn)知水平評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。實(shí)習(xí)前兩組批判性思維能力測(cè)量表(CTDI-CV)評(píng)分差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束后觀(guān)察組CTDI-CV評(píng)分顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。觀(guān)察組情景模擬和理論考核評(píng)分均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:體驗(yàn)式分娩教學(xué)模式可有效提高實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)理人員的認(rèn)知水平,讓其批判性思維得到鍛煉,最終教學(xué)效果顯著優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué),對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)人員能力提高具有重要作用,值得臨床推薦。

The influence of experiential delivery teaching mode on the cognitive level and teaching effect of the practical nurses

Abstract Objective: To explore the influence of experiential delivery teaching mode on the cognitive level and teaching effect of the practical nurses. Methods: a total of 54 nurses who practiced in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group, 27 in each group. The traditional teaching mode of the control group and the experimental delivery mode of the observation group were used. The cognitive level, critical thinking and teaching effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups before practice (P > 0.05). After practice, the cognitive level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of ctdi-cv between the two groups before practice (P > 0.05). Ctdi-cv score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The scores of scene simulation and theoretical assessment in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the experiential delivery teaching mode can effectively improve the cognitive level of the nurses and their critical thinking. The final teaching effect is significantly better than the traditional teaching, which plays an important role in improving the ability of the nurses and is worthy of clinical recommendation.

婦產(chǎn)科為臨床四大重要學(xué)科之一,其中產(chǎn)科多數(shù)產(chǎn)婦為青年婦女,但其分娩過(guò)程中有大量能量消耗、失血及伴有焦慮情緒,產(chǎn)后產(chǎn)婦體質(zhì)虛弱使其抵抗力下降,細(xì)菌感染率增加[1]。故產(chǎn)科學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)產(chǎn)婦分娩具有重要作用,是提升實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)理人員專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)水平的重要方法。提高實(shí)習(xí)人員更好掌握分娩學(xué)習(xí)并提高效果,高效的教育模式為臨床研究熱點(diǎn)[2]。體驗(yàn)式分娩教學(xué)模式通過(guò)情景模擬讓實(shí)習(xí)人員更好掌握分娩相關(guān)知識(shí),為其提供較好臨床應(yīng)用。為此,本研究探討了體驗(yàn)式分娩教學(xué)模式對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)理人員認(rèn)知水平及教學(xué)效果的影響,研究如下。
