[摘要] 目的 探討在護理帶教中應用標準化患者臨床情境模擬教學的效果。方法 選取2019年2—12月期間來該院進行實習86名學生作為研究對象,采用隨機數(shù)字表法進行分組,干預組與對照組,每組43名實習生。對照組43名實習生采用傳統(tǒng)教學模式,干預組43名實習生采用標準化患者臨床情境模擬教學模式,對比干預組與對照組實習生考核成績與教學方法滿意度。結果 干預組實習生理論知識考核成績、臨床技能考核成績與對照組實習生相比有顯著差異,干預組實習生理論知識、臨床技能考核成績較高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。干預組實習生教學總滿意度與對照組實習生相比有顯著差異,干預組實習生教學滿意度較高,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 在護理帶教中采用標準化患者臨床情景模擬教學,可以有效提高實習生對學習興趣,提高實習生考核成績以及對教學滿意度,具有使用價值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying standardized patient clinical simulation teaching in nursing teaching. Methods A total of 86 students who came to the hospital for internship from February to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into groups by random number table method, the intervention group and the control group, each with 43 internships; 43 interns in the control group adopted the traditional teaching model, and the 43 interns in the intervention group adopted the standardized patient clinical scene simulation teaching model. The evaluation results and teaching method satisfaction of the interns in the intervention group and the control group were compared. Results The theoretical knowledge and clinical skills evaluation scores of the intervention group interns were significantly different from those of the control group. The intervention group interns had higher theoretical knowledge and clinical skills evaluation results. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total teaching satisfaction of interns in the intervention group was significantly different from those in the control group. The teaching satisfaction of interns in the intervention group was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of standardized patient clinical scene simulation teaching in nursing teaching can effectively increase interns' interest in learning, improve interns' assessment results and satisfaction with teaching, and has practical value.

隨著人們生活水平不斷提高,人們對服務質量要求越來越高,特別是臨床護理服務水平,為了滿足人們對護理服務的需求,提升醫(yī)院醫(yī)護人員護理服務水平成為重點,實習期是醫(yī)護人員提高醫(yī)護水平的重要階段,因此在護理帶教中要選取有效教學手段[1]。標準化患者臨床情境模擬教學是一種新型教學手段,并逐漸被應用到臨床教學中。標準化患者是指經過專業(yè)訓練可以對臨床真實情況進行模仿的正常人或患者,具有教學引導者、評估者及裝扮患者的功能。臨床情境模擬是通過模式真實患者進行教學的一種教學方法[2]。該研究選取在2019年2—12月期間來該院進行實習86名學生作為研究對象,分別對其采用傳統(tǒng)教學模式與標準化患者臨床情境模式教學模式,分析在護理帶教中應用標準化患者臨床情境模擬教學的效果,現(xiàn)報道如下。
