Effects of different nursing modes on patients with allergic rhinitis treated by dust mite drops

[Abstract] Objective To probe into the effects of different nursing modes on the quality of nursing for patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 50 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to July 2020 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and all of them were treated with dust mite drops. These patients were divided into two groups by using a randomized method according to the difference of nursing modes. The control group received conventional nursing, while the study group received high quality nursing. The clinical indicators, nasal symptoms, nursing work quality, nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results In terms of patients clinical indicators, the rhinitis score and medication score of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of nasal symptom of patients in both groups decreased, and the scores of nasal itch, nasal congestion and sneeze in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). In terms of the quality of nursing work, the scores of professional ability and service attitude in the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The nursing compliance in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical process of patients with allergic rhinitis, the development and implementation of high quality nursing is conducive to the enhancement and improvement of nursing quality for patients, which is of great value to the prognosis and health of patients and is worth promoting.
