摘? 要:旅行社業(yè)務(wù)與管理是旅游管理專業(yè)的核心課程,是具有職業(yè)教育特點的理實一體化課程。文章在分析了課程性質(zhì)、設(shè)計思路和任務(wù)驅(qū)動項目化教學(xué)實施基礎(chǔ)上,以《高等學(xué)校課程思政建設(shè)指導(dǎo)綱要》為改革依據(jù),明確了課程思政目標;梳理了課程內(nèi)容,挖掘出課程中蘊含的思政元素,找準契合點實現(xiàn)有機融入;結(jié)合專業(yè)特色和思政教育元素的呈現(xiàn)方式選擇恰當?shù)慕虒W(xué)方法,采用先進的教學(xué)手段,最大化地發(fā)揮思政元素育人功效的教學(xué)實踐探索。最后在教學(xué)反思中提出:應(yīng)在專業(yè)層面的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃下系統(tǒng)地設(shè)計思政目標體系,杜絕“單兵作戰(zhàn)”;重視教學(xué)實施中教師的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),隱形的課程思政資源的育人功能;課程思政教學(xué)改革對教學(xué)管理職能提出了更高的要求。

Abstract: Travel Agency Business and Management is the core course of the tourism management major. It is an integrated course with the characteristics of vocational education and theory and practice; On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of courses, offering ideas, and implementing task-driven project-based teaching, this article clarifies the ideological and political goals of the curriculum based on the reform of the "Guiding Outline of ideological and political construction of college courses", sorts out the content of the courses and digs out the ideological and political elements contained in the courses. It also finds the right points to achieve organic integration, combinespro fessional characteristics and the presentation of ideological and political education elements to choose appropriate teaching methods, and uses advanced teaching methods to maximize the educational effects of ideological and political elements. Finally, in the teaching reflection, it is proposed that the ideological and political goal system should be systematically designed under the overall planning of the professional level to eliminate "single-soldier combat"; the teacher's professionalism in the implementation of teaching should be emphasized. The reform of ideological and political teaching puts forward higher requirements on the function of teaching management.

習(xí)近平總書記在2016年12月全國高校思想政治工作會議上強調(diào)指出,要用好課堂教學(xué)這個主渠道,思想政治理論課要堅持在改進中加強,提升思想政治教育親和力和針對性,滿足學(xué)生成長發(fā)展需求和期待,其他各門課都要守好一段渠、種好責任田,使各類課程與思想政治理論課同向同行,形成協(xié)同效應(yīng)[1]。2017年,中共中央、國務(wù)院印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強和改進新形勢下高校思想政治工作的意見》指出,充分發(fā)掘和運用各學(xué)科蘊含的思想政治教育資源,健全高校課堂教學(xué)管理辦法[2]。在2019年3月,學(xué)校思想政治理論課教師座談會上,習(xí)近平總書記再次強調(diào)了“課程思政”的重要性,要堅持顯性教育和隱性教育相統(tǒng)一,挖掘其他課程和教學(xué)方式中蘊含的思想政治教育資源,實現(xiàn)全員全程全方位育人[3]。2020年5月,教育部印發(fā)《高等學(xué)校課程思政建設(shè)指導(dǎo)綱要》(以下簡稱《指導(dǎo)綱要》),明確了課程思政建設(shè)的重要意義與目標要求、重點內(nèi)容與教育任務(wù)、質(zhì)量評價體系與激勵機制、組織實施與條件保障,并于6月召開全國課程思政建設(shè)工作視頻會議,全面部署課程思政建設(shè)工作。目前全國各高校都在如火如荼地進行著課程思政的探索與改革,也取得了一定的進展和成果,但如何根據(jù)專業(yè)特色和課程特點、內(nèi)容體系恰如其分地發(fā)掘課程蘊含思政教育的有效元素,并以有效的方式潤物細無聲地實施于人才培養(yǎng)的全過程,是當前高校德育工作亟待解決的重點和難點問題。
