3種白及屬植物化學(xué)成分分析

摘要 [目的]建立白及、黃花白及、小白及的化學(xué)成分特征色譜圖，尋找能夠分類鑒別白及屬植物的方法。[方法]運(yùn)用薄層色譜和高效液相色譜對(duì)白及、黃花白及和小白及進(jìn)行化學(xué)成分的色譜圖研究，以1，4-二[4-（葡萄糖氧）芐基]-2-異丁基蘋果酸酯（militaeine）作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品對(duì)三者的化學(xué)成分進(jìn)行比對(duì)分析。[結(jié)果]薄層色譜顯示，白及、黃花白及和小白及3個(gè)種具有相似或相同的化學(xué)成分，其中黃花白及和小白及的含量少于白及;經(jīng)過(guò)HPLC圖譜比較，三者的militaeine成分含量差別較大，白及為最高，黃花白及次之，小白及沒有測(cè)出該成分。[結(jié)論]白及、小白及、黃花白及所含化學(xué)成分類似，可為三者等同藥用評(píng)價(jià)提供參考依據(jù);三者化學(xué)成分含量的差異為白及作為正品中藥白及的唯一基源植物提供了一定的科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Abstract [Objective]To establish the characteristic chromatograms of the chemical constituents of ?Bletilla striata， Bletilla ochracea ?and ?Bletilla formosana ， and in order to find a method to classify and identify ?Bletilla ?Reichb.f.[Method]TLC and HPLC were used to study the chromatograph of the chemical constituents of ?B. striata， B. ochracea ?and ?B.formosanar ， militaine was used as a standard product to compare and analyze the chemical composition of the three.[Result]TLC showed that three species had similar or identical chemical components， but the content in ?B.ochracea ?and ?B.formosanar ?was less than in ?B. striata .HPLC showed that militaeine chemical components were the highest in ?B. striata ?and the second in ?B.ochracea， ?but not detected in ?B. formosanar ?by HPLC.[Conclusion]The chemical constituents of three species are similar， which can provide reference for their equivalent medical use to some extent. The difference of the chemical components contents of three species provides a scientific basis for ?B. striata ?as the only original plant for the authentic traditional Chinese medicine.

白及屬（ Bletilla ?Reichb.f.）植物中國(guó)有4種，分別為白及[ Bletilla striata （Thunb.ex A.Murray）Rchb.f.]、黃花白及（ Bletilla ochracea ?Schltr.）、小白及[ Bletilla formosana （Hayata）Schltr.]和華白及[ Bletilla sinensis （Rolfe）Schltr.][1]。該屬植物不僅具有較高的觀賞價(jià)值，也是我國(guó)重要的中藥材，開發(fā)利用價(jià)值巨大。中藥材白及為白及植物的干燥假鱗莖，具有收斂止血、消腫生肌等功效，用于咳血吐血、外傷出血、瘡瘍腫毒、皮膚皸裂、肺結(jié)核咳血、潰瘍病出血[2]。現(xiàn)代藥理研究表明，白及藥用功能廣泛，藥用價(jià)值高，具有止血、抗菌、抗炎鎮(zhèn)痛、抗胃潰瘍、抗腫瘤、抗硅肺、促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合、增強(qiáng)免疫力、保護(hù)消化道黏膜、促進(jìn)血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)及保護(hù)肝損傷等藥理作用[3-12];白及多糖除了具有良好的藥理活性外，同時(shí)還表現(xiàn)出良好的生物可降解性、生物相容性以及結(jié)構(gòu)可修飾性，是應(yīng)用前景廣闊的生物材料，在傳統(tǒng)藥用劑型中用作栓塞劑基質(zhì)、水凝膠基質(zhì)、醫(yī)用敷料材料、成膜材料，也在靶向給藥系統(tǒng)以及生物組織工程等方面表現(xiàn)出了良好的應(yīng)用空間和應(yīng)用前景[13-15]。白及多糖還作為保濕美白劑應(yīng)用于化妝品工業(yè)[16-17]。
