摘 要：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的高速發(fā)展，人們生活水平得到翻天覆地般的變化。在當(dāng)下，汽車已經(jīng)成為每個(gè)家庭中的必備商品，我國汽車數(shù)量在不斷提升，社會對汽車維修的需求在不斷增加，汽車維修相關(guān)人員也愈發(fā)受到市場的重視，并且市場對相關(guān)人員的要求也越發(fā)嚴(yán)格。此次種情形下，我大部分中職學(xué)校加強(qiáng)對汽車維修專業(yè)教學(xué)的重視，積極開展汽車維修專業(yè)教學(xué)改革工作。本文以粵北少數(shù)民族地區(qū)中職學(xué)校汽車維修專業(yè)作為例子，首先對粵北少數(shù)民族地區(qū)中職學(xué)校技能競賽現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行簡要闡述，隨后論述以技能競賽促進(jìn)中職學(xué)校汽車維修專業(yè)教育改革的意義，最后提出以技能競賽促進(jìn)粵北少數(shù)民族地區(qū)中職學(xué)校汽車維修專業(yè)教學(xué)改革的實(shí)踐研究。

Practical Research on Promoting Teaching Reform of Automobile Maintenance Specialty in Secondary Vocational Schools in Ethnic Minority Areas of North Guangdong by Skill Competition

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's economy and society， people's living standards have undergone earth-shaking changes. At present， automobiles have become a must-have commodity in every family. The number of automobiles in China is constantly increasing. The demand for automobile maintenance in society is increasing. Automobile maintenance personnel are also receiving more and more attention from the market. The requirements have become more stringent. Under this situation， most of our secondary vocational schools have strengthened the emphasis on the teaching of automobile maintenance and actively carried out the teaching reform of automobile maintenance. This article takes the automobile maintenance major of secondary vocational schools in the ethnic minority areas of northern Guangdong as an example. First， it briefly describes the status quo of skills competitions in secondary vocational schools in the ethnic minority areas of northern Guangdong. Finally， it puts forward the practical research of using skill competition to promote the teaching reform of automobile maintenance in secondary vocational schools in ethnic minority areas of northern Guangdong.

1 前言

汽車維修專業(yè)一直都是中職學(xué)校的重要專業(yè)之一，其教學(xué)目標(biāo)就是培養(yǎng)出更多具備良好專業(yè)技能和職業(yè)素養(yǎng)的優(yōu)秀從業(yè)人才。在當(dāng)下，實(shí)踐教學(xué)是中職學(xué)校教學(xué)管理工作的核心，而技能競賽就是實(shí)踐教學(xué)的一個(gè)重要檢驗(yàn)，也是中職學(xué)校培養(yǎng)學(xué)生汽車維修能力的關(guān)鍵形式。在近些年，教育主管部門重視粵北少數(shù)民族地區(qū)中職學(xué)校的技能競賽，在逐漸發(fā)展中其制度已逐漸得以完善，技能競賽是以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向，以能力為本位，以服務(wù)為宗旨，其對中職學(xué)校重視培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的思想予以充分展現(xiàn)，其對推進(jìn)汽車維修專業(yè)教學(xué)改革進(jìn)程具備積極作用。

2 粵北少數(shù)民族地區(qū)中職學(xué)校技能競賽現(xiàn)狀

2.1 影響力不斷擴(kuò)大

目前，粵北少數(shù)民族地區(qū)中職學(xué)校技能競賽活動(dòng)已得到一定程度的發(fā)展，從以往小范圍、小規(guī)模的選拔逐漸向所有汽車維修專業(yè)學(xué)生共同參與方向發(fā)展。其原因主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：第一，大部分學(xué)生已經(jīng)意識到參加技能競賽可以提升自身的技能水平，并且可以通過此平臺對自身的精神風(fēng)貌與技能進(jìn)行展示，對自身就業(yè)、升學(xué)以及未來發(fā)展存在巨大幫助。第二，通過技能競賽，各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、企業(yè)以及家長可以對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況進(jìn)行了解。第三，技能競賽也是對中職學(xué)校教育教學(xué)教育質(zhì)量評價(jià)的一種檢驗(yàn)。

2.2 學(xué)校與企業(yè)積極參與

在職業(yè)教育中，其存在這樣一句流行語“普通教育有高考，職業(yè)教育有技能競賽”，通過技能競賽提高學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生職業(yè)技能、為學(xué)生未來發(fā)展奠定良好基礎(chǔ)，也是當(dāng)前教育行政部門、學(xué)校以及社會已經(jīng)達(dá)成的共識。粵北少數(shù)民族地區(qū)中職學(xué)校職業(yè)歷次技能競賽中，相關(guān)部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)蒞臨到場，并且對大賽工作進(jìn)行全程指導(dǎo)，學(xué)校都積極參與，以高規(guī)格組隊(duì)參賽，并且相關(guān)企業(yè)也積極參與其中，從而為技能競賽的順利開展提供充分保障。
