摘要:根據(jù)新工科背景下物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,探索并制定切實(shí)可行的、符合人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)律的創(chuàng)新型物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程專業(yè)卓越工程師人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制。充分保障卓越工程師人才培養(yǎng)在學(xué)校教育教學(xué)工作中的主導(dǎo)地位,形成專業(yè)理論教學(xué)與創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐教學(xué)相互促進(jìn)的新型教學(xué)體系。以社會(huì)需求為導(dǎo)向、以工程實(shí)際為背景,從人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)定位、培養(yǎng)機(jī)制構(gòu)建、培養(yǎng)方式創(chuàng)新等方面進(jìn)行改革實(shí)踐。以新工科建設(shè)為契機(jī),通過(guò)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)卓越人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制的探索與實(shí)施,把物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)成為與社會(huì)發(fā)展緊密結(jié)合、滿足社會(huì)需求的卓越工程師,提高學(xué)生在就業(yè)過(guò)程中的創(chuàng)造力與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

Exploration on Training Mechanism of Outstanding Talents in Internet of Things Engineering Under the Background of the New Engineering

Abstract: According to the current situation of talents training in the Internet of Things under the new engineering background, this paper explores and develops practical and feasible innovative talent training mechanism for outstanding engineers in the Internet of Things engineering specialty that conforms to the law of talent cultivation. The leading position of the training of outstanding engineers in university education are fully guaranteed, and a new teaching system in which professional theory and innovative practice teaching promote each other is formed. Guided by social needs and based on engineering practice,
The reform practice is carried out from the aspects of orientation of training objective, construction of training mechanism and innovation of training mode. Through the explore and implementation of the training program for excellent talents of Internet of Things engineering under the new engineering background, the talents of Internet of Things engineering are trained to be excellent engineers closely combined with social development and meet social needs, so as to improve the creativity and competitiveness of students in the employment process.

1 引言
“卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”的提出,是我國(guó)在工程教育領(lǐng)域的一大創(chuàng)舉,是邁向現(xiàn)代化國(guó)家的重要舉措[1]。如何結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代飛速發(fā)展的前沿技術(shù)、高效地培養(yǎng)卓越工程師人才,成為當(dāng)前新工科環(huán)境下高校物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程專業(yè)改革的重要目標(biāo)。大力開(kāi)展新工科背景下的“物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程卓越工程師教育培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”,對(duì)于提升學(xué)生的工程實(shí)踐能力、適應(yīng)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境下社會(huì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際需求,有著極其重要的深遠(yuǎn)意義[2]。為滿足社會(huì)對(duì)知識(shí)、能力、素質(zhì)全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的工程應(yīng)用型卓越人才的迫切需求,按照教育教學(xué)的客觀發(fā)展規(guī)律,以“大工程教育”理念為指導(dǎo),以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生研發(fā)能力、創(chuàng)新思維與專業(yè)實(shí)踐能力為出發(fā)點(diǎn),教育培養(yǎng)與國(guó)際接軌的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)卓越工程師人才勢(shì)在必行。
物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程專業(yè)旨在培養(yǎng)具有專業(yè)理論技術(shù)知識(shí)、工程實(shí)踐能力、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,具備物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)與應(yīng)用能力,能夠采用工程化的思維方法、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與架構(gòu)等手段解決物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程實(shí)際問(wèn)題的卓越工程師技術(shù)人才。安徽建筑大學(xué)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程專業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)積累,形成了“以應(yīng)用能力培養(yǎng)為目標(biāo),以專業(yè)為龍頭,以實(shí)踐為基礎(chǔ),以創(chuàng)新為動(dòng)力,以學(xué)生為主體”的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)思路。學(xué)校高度重視物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程專業(yè)工程實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),不斷探索物聯(lián)網(wǎng)卓越工程師人才教育培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,堅(jiān)持“理論教學(xué)與專業(yè)實(shí)踐并重,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新能力和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)軟硬件研發(fā)能力”的育人方針[3],努力培養(yǎng)滿足社會(huì)需求的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)卓越工程師人才。
