【摘要】目的：研究和討論醫(yī)護(hù)一體化全程管理模式在淋巴瘤患者中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選取我院2021年2月—2022年12月收治的80例淋巴瘤患者，使用隨機(jī)抽簽的方法，將患者分為兩組，對照組40例，觀察組40例。對照組采用常規(guī)護(hù)理模式，觀察組采用醫(yī)護(hù)一體化全程管理模式。比較兩組患者的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、負(fù)面情緒評分以及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：觀察組患者的并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率與護(hù)理后負(fù)面情緒評分均低于對照組，且觀察組患者的護(hù)理滿意度高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：在淋巴瘤患者的臨床治療工作中采用醫(yī)護(hù)一體化全程管理模式，能夠有效避免并發(fā)癥發(fā)生，調(diào)節(jié)患者的不良情緒，從而讓更多患者滿意，具有臨床推廣價(jià)值。

Exploration and research of the integrated whole-process management mode of medical care in lymphoma patients

【Abstract】Objective：To study and discuss the application value of integrated whole-process management mode of medical care in lymphoma patients.Methods：80 lymphoma patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected，and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group，with 40 patients in each group.The control group adopted the usual care mode，and the observation group adopted the integrated whole-process management mode of medical care.The incidence of complications，negative emotion scores，and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results：The complication rate and negative emotion scores after nursing of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，which was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of lymphoma patients，the integration of medical care whole-processmanagement mode is beneficial to reducing the occurrence of complications，improving the negative emotions of patients and improving patients nursing satisfaction，which has clinical promotion value.

淋巴瘤是血液系統(tǒng)常見的一種惡性腫瘤[1]。手術(shù)和化療是該病的主要手段，但是化療帶來的副作用很大，會引起患者的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)，對患者的身體和心理都有很大的影響[2]。目前，我國臨床上關(guān)于淋巴瘤與醫(yī)護(hù)一體化全程管理模式聯(lián)合應(yīng)用方面的研究還不夠深入，基于此，本次研究主要探討的是醫(yī)護(hù)一體化全程管理模式在淋巴瘤患者中的應(yīng)用，具體情況現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取我院2021年2月—2022年12月收治的 80例淋巴瘤患者，使用盲抽法將其分為兩組，對照組40例，觀察組40例。對照組，采用常規(guī)護(hù)理模式，男22例，女18例，年齡42～79歲，平均年齡（57.18±3.45）歲；觀察組，采用醫(yī)護(hù)一體化全程管理模式，男21例，女19例，年齡42～78歲，平均年齡（56.28±3.76）歲。對比兩組患者的一般資料，差異沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。見表1。
