一、教材內(nèi)容與分析
本單元的話題是“談?wù)摻煌ǚ绞健?,Section A部分展現(xiàn)了學(xué)生用不同的交通方式上學(xué)的場景,自然而然地將學(xué)生帶入到有關(guān)彼此上學(xué)方式及出行花費(fèi)的時間等問題的討論中。1a-1c呈現(xiàn)了交通方式的名稱,以及表達(dá)“使用某種交通方式”的動詞搭配,如:take the bus, ride a bike等,還導(dǎo)入談?wù)摮鲂蟹绞降木涫健?a-2d部分進(jìn)一步深化了“出行”話題,先讓學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)并掌握英語十位數(shù)和百位數(shù)的表達(dá)方式,再讓學(xué)生捕捉聽力對話中的數(shù)字信息,然后訓(xùn)練學(xué)生詢問和回答兩地距離和出行花費(fèi)時長。本節(jié)課是一節(jié)典型的聽說課。
二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1. 語言知識目標(biāo):
① 學(xué)習(xí)掌握詞匯subway,train,minute,take,by bike等。
② 學(xué)會談?wù)摗⒚枋鼋煌ǚ绞郊熬嚯x的表達(dá)方法。
③ 熟練掌握詢問交通方式和花費(fèi)時間的句式:
How do you get to school? I take the bus.
How long does it take from ...to ...?
It takes sb. some time to do sth.
2. 語言技能目標(biāo):
① 聽力技巧指導(dǎo),聽關(guān)鍵詞,快速記錄;
②能根據(jù)錄音判斷交通的方式、花費(fèi)的時間及距離;
③能運(yùn)用簡單的語言對自己及他人去某地的路線、方式進(jìn)行描述。
3. 情感態(tài)度:
倡導(dǎo)自覺遵守交通法規(guī)及禮貌乘車;不同的出行目的可以選擇不同的交通工具;不同的交通工具帶來不同的心理感受。讓學(xué)生懂得從環(huán)保這一角度出發(fā),了解交通工具給環(huán)境帶來的影響。
三、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)
教學(xué)重點(diǎn):各種交通工具的英文名稱、表達(dá)“乘坐某種交通工具”的動詞短語,以及以how引導(dǎo)的一般現(xiàn)在時的特殊疑問句及簡略回答。
教學(xué)難點(diǎn):how引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句中助動詞的使用及語序,以及how long引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句的回答。
四、教學(xué)步驟
Step I Leading-in and new words
1. Leading-in
T: Are you ready?
Ss: Yes.
T: Class begins.
Ss: Good morning, teacher.
T: Good morning boys and girls.
T: OK! Boys and girls! Im your teacher for a long time. Do you know where my house is? Its in Mudanjiang. Its far from Hualin, but I work in Hualin. Do you want to know how I go to work every day? OK. Today lets learn Unit 3 How do you get to school? Section A 1a ~ 2d.
(Write “Unit 3 How do you get to school? Section A 1a ~ 2d” on the blackboard.)
2. Present the new words and new phrases
T: Now let me tell you how I go to work every day. I get up at 5 oclock every day. After breakfast, I leave for school at around six forty. First, I ride my bike to the bus station. Then I take the bus to the Mudanjiang Train Station. Next, I take the train to the Hualin Train Station. Finally, I walk to my school. This is how I go from my house to my school.
T: Please read after me, train, T-R-A-I-N, train.
(Teach the other words: bike, ride ones bike...)
T: I show some kinds of transportation. Here are some other kinds of transportation.
(Teach the other words: subway, take a subway...)
T: OK. Lets read together.
3. Practice the new words and new phrases
(Let the students know the meanings of “take乘坐” and “take a/the+交通工具”and write it on the blackboard.)

Step II A guessing game
T: OK, Lets play a guessing game. You can guess the words and phrases according to my description. OK?

T: It has two wheels, you can ride it.

T: Look at the picture. Its my pen pal Bobs school. The students take different kinds of transportation to get to school. Please open your books. Turn to Page 13. Lets do 1a together. One minute!

T: Student A is Jane and student B is Tom. Use the information in 2b to make conversations.

T: My pen pal Bob wants to know about how you get to school and how long it takes. Please help me to make a survey. Now work in a group of six. Then choose one student in your group to make a report and tell us which transportation is the best for our earth. 3 minutes, please.

五、思考與說明
1.以人為本,注重語言輸入
語言輸入是語言輸出的前提,沒有大量的語言輸入就無法實(shí)現(xiàn)語言輸出。因此教師在本節(jié)課的教學(xué)中正視學(xué)生個體差異,充分考慮到不同發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)生的不同需求,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生快樂學(xué)習(xí)。
(1)創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,學(xué)習(xí)新知。本節(jié)課由教師上班乘車方式為話題導(dǎo)入新課,并通過生動形象的路線圖的展示,讓學(xué)生整體感知所學(xué)單詞和短語,并創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,通過師生對話,圖片展示,頭腦風(fēng)暴等調(diào)動學(xué)生所學(xué)知識,激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)熱情,學(xué)習(xí)新知識。
(2)聽力訓(xùn)練,感知語言。通過聽前對學(xué)生進(jìn)行聽力技巧方面的指導(dǎo),聽關(guān)鍵詞并速記,提高了學(xué)生的聽力能力。并且在聽前給學(xué)生輸入補(bǔ)充信息,此環(huán)節(jié)先讓學(xué)生討論總結(jié)數(shù)字的規(guī)律,再利用口訣進(jìn)行數(shù)字的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生記憶起來快而容易。聽力輸入讓學(xué)生感知語言,學(xué)習(xí)語言結(jié)構(gòu),同時為接下來語言的輸出打好基礎(chǔ),排除障礙。
2.以本為本,多重解讀文本
教師在本課前對教材進(jìn)行了深入的分析,多重解讀文本,根據(jù)學(xué)情確定了本節(jié)課的教學(xué)重點(diǎn)是掌握各種交通工具的英文名稱、表達(dá)“乘坐某種交通工具”的動詞短語,以及以how引導(dǎo)的一般現(xiàn)在時的特殊疑問句及簡略回答。教學(xué)難點(diǎn)是how引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句中助動詞的使用以及語序,以及how long引導(dǎo)的特殊疑問句的回答。通過各個教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的由易到難,層層遞進(jìn)來突破重點(diǎn)、攻克難點(diǎn)。
本節(jié)課教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)最大的亮點(diǎn),是以教師上班乘車路線圖為主線,貫穿始終,且反復(fù)使用,貼近生活激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。比如:課堂導(dǎo)入、新單詞的呈現(xiàn)、新句型的講授都利用了同一幅路線圖,主線清晰,便于學(xué)生理解和記憶,實(shí)效性很強(qiáng),有利于本節(jié)課教學(xué)重點(diǎn)的突破。
3. 以能為本,注重語言輸出
聽說課教師應(yīng)給學(xué)生營造良好的課堂教學(xué)環(huán)境,給學(xué)生創(chuàng)造“說”的機(jī)會,從而培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語言交際能力。筆頭練習(xí)活動與口頭聽說活動結(jié)合起來,比如聽力訓(xùn)練的1b和2a,以及任務(wù)活動make a survey,都分層次設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的問題和活動,以此來迎合不同層次學(xué)生的需求,讓各層次學(xué)生都能開口說話,動筆寫字,都能有所收獲。
