      二、教材簡介:本課以打電話詢問健康為主題,通過楊玲與李老師的通話,主要教授了電話用語和詢問身體狀況的表達(dá),運(yùn)用豐富多彩的新句型進(jìn)行交流和討論。

      三、目標(biāo)預(yù)設(shè)

      知識(shí)目標(biāo):

      1. 能認(rèn)識(shí)并正確朗讀單詞cold, fever,詞組come to school。

      2. 能正確朗讀句子Im sorry to hear that. Take care. 并理解其用法和人文含義。

      3. 能聽懂、會(huì)說、會(huì)讀句型:This is... speaking. May I speak to... ? Im sorry to hear that. How are you? Im fine, thank you. See you tomorrow. See you.

      五、設(shè)計(jì)理念

      文本的教學(xué)是英語學(xué)習(xí)中的重要內(nèi)容,承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)孩子綜合語言能力的重要任務(wù),我們只有深切體會(huì)到文本教學(xué)的價(jià)值和意義,才能觸摸文本教學(xué)的深度,才能發(fā)揮出文本教學(xué)對(duì)構(gòu)建孩子語言能力承載的最大效用。所以在課堂上我借助文本發(fā)揮語言的構(gòu)建作用,采取各種教學(xué)方法讓學(xué)生想說、敢問,培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生口語交際和自主提問與學(xué)習(xí)的能力。我從生本出發(fā),通過課堂“彈性”預(yù)設(shè),動(dòng)態(tài)生成,構(gòu)建符合學(xué)生智力發(fā)展的情境。無論是教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)的預(yù)設(shè),還是課堂組織方式的確定,我都盡可能多地把學(xué)生考慮在內(nèi),盡可能留給學(xué)生合作交流的空間,讓學(xué)生成為活動(dòng)主體。由于課文比較長,本課用一分為二的辦法來處理課文,即電話用語的學(xué)習(xí)和詢問身體狀況的表達(dá)。在電話用語學(xué)習(xí)中,通過真實(shí)的場景引出,并進(jìn)行教學(xué),使教學(xué)自然真實(shí)不局限于書本。在比較準(zhǔn)確地把握了教學(xué)重點(diǎn)的同時(shí),也在設(shè)置的問題中,穿插了新授的單詞,這樣避免教授單詞的突兀。

      六、設(shè)計(jì)思路

      1.以free talk開頭,通過師生交流了解學(xué)生身體狀況、愛好等信息,為下文引出對(duì)老師的了解做鋪墊,利用信息溝,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的口語能力。

      2.通過朋友邀請(qǐng)老師去野餐,引出課文打電話用語教學(xué)。

      3.通過一通電話過渡到書本中的電話通話,提出兩個(gè)提綱挈領(lǐng)式的問題:Who is calling?和What are they talking about?帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生看卡通,整體感知語篇,并操練重點(diǎn)單詞與句子。

      4.分層理解第一段電話通話內(nèi)容:通過問題Whats the matter?引出(對(duì)a cold和a fever進(jìn)行教學(xué))→How do you react?出示重點(diǎn)句子Im sorry to hear that.進(jìn)行朗讀與理解→give some suggestions啟發(fā)學(xué)生的擴(kuò)散性思維。

      5. 分層理解第二段電話通話內(nèi)容:先思考Miss Li 可以怎么來問Yang Ling問題,討論并動(dòng)態(tài)生成問題,然后根據(jù)學(xué)生提出的問題讀課文,理解文章第二部分。

      6. 跟錄音讀課文,角色扮演。

      7. 通過Make a telephone call for your friend,讓學(xué)生達(dá)到學(xué)以致用的目的。

      1.Brain storm: What can Miss Li say to Yang Ling?

      T:We know Yang ling is ill.She cant come to school in the morning.

      T:Look,a clock.What time is it?

      S:Its four oclock.

      T:Yes.

      T: School is over. Miss Li is worried about Yang Ling. She calls Yang Ling. If you are Miss Li,what will you ask Yang Ling?Now,four students a group.Lets discuss in groups.

      ②Whats the matter?

      ③Can you come to school tomorrow?

      ④Are you ill/fine/happy?

      T:Good.You have many good questions.When someone is ill,we can ask “Whats the matter?”but in the morning, Miss Li knows Yang Ling is ill.Here, she still asks “Whats the matter?”right?

      T:So,here ,we shouldnt ask the question.(Clean the question)

      T:Can you come to school tomorrow? It is a good question.

      Teach:tomorrow . Today is Friday.Tomorrow is Saturday. “tomorrow” ,understand ?

      T: Boys and girls, when we begin to the telephone call,we should say ‘Hello, this is... speaking. May I speak to ...?When we end the call,we should say “see you”.so we should “Be polite”on the phone. Right? (Write:be polite)

      T:We also know Yang Ling is ill.Miss Li cares about her.We should care about each other.(Write:care about)

      課堂,因?yàn)榻處煹闹腔鄱鷦?dòng)。

      在2017年江蘇省“藍(lán)天杯”小學(xué)英語課堂教學(xué)展評(píng)活動(dòng)中,由江蘇省丹陽市丹鳳實(shí)驗(yàn)小學(xué)虞利平老師執(zhí)教的四年級(jí)下冊(cè) Unit 8 How are you?給我留下了比較深刻的印象。在虞老師的課堂里,我們看到了教師的智慧,也正是因?yàn)榻處煹闹腔?,課堂才有了一份非同一般的生動(dòng)。

      1.一段真實(shí)的交流,激活了學(xué)生的思維

      在這一次故事教學(xué)的準(zhǔn)備階段,虞老師采用了“Lets guess ”的方式,分別為“ABC”圖標(biāo)、數(shù)字“10”和一個(gè)笑臉,讓學(xué)生根據(jù)這三個(gè)提示,對(duì)上課老師的個(gè)人信息進(jìn)行猜測,在學(xué)生猜測、表達(dá)和教師交流的過程中,讓學(xué)生基于原有的認(rèn)知水平和英語語言基礎(chǔ),逐漸以比較自然的方式走進(jìn)這一次英語學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的“最近發(fā)展區(qū)”。在交流活動(dòng)的過程中,他們的思維得到了有效的激活。

      2.一個(gè)真實(shí)的邀約,創(chuàng)設(shè)了真實(shí)的語境

      在四年級(jí)下冊(cè) Unit 8 How are you? Story time這一板塊的教學(xué)內(nèi)容中,包含了一個(gè)重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,即用英語打電話。因此,在正式進(jìn)入文本解讀之前,虞老師設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)“外出郊游”的邀約,通過一串真實(shí)的電話鈴聲,創(chuàng)設(shè)了一個(gè)真實(shí)的語境,呈現(xiàn)了一個(gè)用英語打電話的語境,從而讓學(xué)生在這個(gè)真實(shí)的語境中,較好地理解關(guān)于打電話的語言,為他們能較好地理解文本內(nèi)容降低語言難度。

      3.一段巧妙過渡,凸顯了文化的價(jià)值

      由于兼顧到小學(xué)生英語語言知識(shí)水平尚處于較低的層面,因此,當(dāng)今小學(xué)英語教材中的故事內(nèi)容都相對(duì)簡單,就思想性而言,很多時(shí)候更是低于學(xué)生應(yīng)有的思想層次,因此,學(xué)習(xí)文本的過程中,教師應(yīng)根據(jù)文本內(nèi)容凸顯文本內(nèi)容的文化價(jià)值,從而發(fā)展學(xué)生的文化品格,這也是發(fā)展學(xué)生英語核心素養(yǎng)的有效途徑。在虞老師的課堂教學(xué)中,在充分解讀故事文本第一部分的基礎(chǔ)上,虞老師就故事文本的第一部分內(nèi)容創(chuàng)設(shè)如下問題情境“If you were Yang Ling, what would you say ?”引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)換位思考,站在文本主人公楊玲的立場,用英語進(jìn)行表達(dá)。學(xué)生的自然表達(dá)自然形成了新的語境,教師及時(shí)呈現(xiàn)新的句型“Im sorry to hear that”,讓學(xué)生在這樣的語境中深刻體會(huì)“Im sorry to hear that”的語言意義和它所包含的文化價(jià)值,從而在發(fā)展學(xué)生英語語言能力的同時(shí),也培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的文化品格,課堂教學(xué)也因此更凸顯了其豐富的文化價(jià)值。

      4.一段文本的拓展,發(fā)展了學(xué)生的思維

      近年來,在英語課堂教學(xué)中培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的思維品質(zhì)是提升學(xué)生英語學(xué)科核心素養(yǎng)的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,也是當(dāng)今小學(xué)英語課堂教學(xué)新的風(fēng)向標(biāo)。然而,很多老師還較為普遍地停留在理念層面的認(rèn)同,而缺乏實(shí)踐層面的真正落實(shí)。因此,如何使培養(yǎng)學(xué)生思維品質(zhì)的理念在課堂教學(xué)中真正落地生根,也是我們需要努力的一個(gè)方向。在虞老師的課堂中,我們可以看到虞老師也嘗試著通過文本拓展的途徑發(fā)展學(xué)生的思維品質(zhì)。在他的教學(xué)中,他在引導(dǎo)學(xué)生理解故事文本基本內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)故事文本中主人公Yang Ling 生病的信息,進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)設(shè)問題情境“Yang Ling has a cold and a fever. Can you give her some suggestions? ”從而引導(dǎo)學(xué)生基于自己的認(rèn)知水平和英語語言水平,積極思考,為文本主人公提出建議,在發(fā)展自身英語語言能力的過程中,發(fā)展自身的思維品質(zhì)。

      5.一幅手寫的板書,生成了靈動(dòng)的課堂

      當(dāng)今, 隨著社會(huì)物質(zhì)文化的日益豐富和現(xiàn)代教學(xué)媒體的強(qiáng)勁沖擊,在小學(xué)英語課堂教學(xué)中,尤其是各級(jí)各類公開教學(xué)或者課堂教學(xué)展評(píng)中,曾經(jīng)的板書已經(jīng)很少展現(xiàn)出它獨(dú)特的魅力。課堂教學(xué)的華麗讓我們感覺到當(dāng)今教學(xué)成本在幾何級(jí)地提高,這令很多老師大有“吃了這頓必須餓幾天”的感慨,這使英語課堂教學(xué)失去了應(yīng)該有的本真。因此,我們?cè)谶x擇教學(xué)媒體的時(shí)候,是否也可以適當(dāng)?shù)乜紤]一下教學(xué)的成本?是不是也該想一想怎樣以較低的成本和較為方便的方式達(dá)到同樣甚至更好的教學(xué)效果,同時(shí)還課堂一份生態(tài)的環(huán)境?在虞老師的課堂教學(xué)中,我有幸再次看到了這一份久違的生態(tài)美。在整個(gè)課堂教學(xué)中,隨著課堂教學(xué)的展開,虞老師用粉筆將文本的內(nèi)容逐漸勾畫在黑板上,并用電話線將文本中的兩次電話有機(jī)地形成一個(gè)整體,就是這么一支小小的粉筆,重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)得到了凸顯,課堂也因此多了一份生態(tài)和生動(dòng),在這一份生動(dòng)里,我們看到了教師的智慧。

      假如說這節(jié)課在開頭部分還可以適當(dāng)整合、精煉一些,讓學(xué)生有更多的時(shí)間開展后階段的語言實(shí)踐活動(dòng),那么,學(xué)生的語言能力將會(huì)得到更好的發(fā)展。因此,如何利用課堂教學(xué)的最佳時(shí)間段,讓學(xué)生有更為充裕的時(shí)間實(shí)踐語言,也是我們很多老師需要共同努力的方向。
