[摘要]目的 探討艾灸聯(lián)合蒙脫石散、雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散治療小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎的臨床效果。方法 選取2016年1月～2018年5月我院收治的116例輪狀病毒性腸炎患兒作為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)偶數(shù)奇數(shù)法將其分為對(duì)照組（58例）和治療組（58例）。對(duì)照組患兒?jiǎn)为?dú)應(yīng)用蒙脫石散、雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散治療，治療組患兒采用艾灸聯(lián)合蒙脫石散、雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散治療。比較兩組患兒的臨床治療效果及臨床癥狀消失時(shí)間。結(jié)果 治療組患兒的治療總有效率為96.6%，顯著高于對(duì)照組的82.8%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組患兒的止吐時(shí)間、止瀉時(shí)間均顯著短于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;兩組患兒的脫水癥狀消失時(shí)間比較，差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論 艾灸聯(lián)合蒙脫石散、雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散治療小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎效果良好，可有效促進(jìn)病情恢復(fù)，具有臨床采納和借鑒意義。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods A total of 116 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected as research objects. They were divided into the control group （58 cases） and the treatment group （58 cases） according to the random even/odd method. The control group was treated with Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder alone， and the treatment group was treated with moxibustion combined with Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder. The clinical treatment effect and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 96.6%， which was significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.8%， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The antiemetic time and antidiarrhea time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the disappearance time of dehydration symptom between the two groups （P>0.05）. Conclusion Moxibustion combined with Montmorillonite Powder and Bifidobacterium Triple Live Bacteria Powder has a good effect in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis， which can effectively promote the recovery of the disease， with clinical application and reference significance.

輪狀病毒性腸炎常見于小兒，多由A組輪狀病毒感染引起。由于常發(fā)病于秋冬季節(jié)，又稱“秋季腹瀉”。輪狀病毒被認(rèn)為是引起世界范圍內(nèi)兒童嚴(yán)重急性腹瀉的主要原因[1]。在發(fā)展中國(guó)家，5歲以下住院的腹瀉患兒中20%～50%是輪狀病毒性腸炎，每年會(huì)導(dǎo)致大約44萬(wàn)兒童死亡[2]，是發(fā)展中國(guó)家小兒死亡的主要原因。同時(shí)，輪狀病毒也是院內(nèi)感染性腹瀉病的常見病因[3]。臨床研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，輪狀病毒性腸炎會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的電解質(zhì)紊亂、脫水，危及患兒生命安全，影響其成長(zhǎng)發(fā)育[4]。及時(shí)予以科學(xué)對(duì)癥、安全可靠的臨床治療對(duì)改善患兒病情、提高臨床效果具有重要作用。本研究選取我院收治的116例輪狀病毒性腸炎患兒作為研究對(duì)象，旨在探討艾灸聯(lián)合蒙脫石散、雙歧桿菌三聯(lián)活菌散治療小兒輪狀病毒性腸炎的臨床效果，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
