【摘要】 目的：探討射干麻黃湯聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉治療小兒咳嗽變異性哮喘的臨床效果。方法：選取筆者所在醫(yī)院2018年1月-2019年1月兒科收治的42例咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒為研究對(duì)象。按照治療方式的不同將其分為對(duì)照組和研究組，每組21例。對(duì)照組給予孟魯司特鈉治療，研究組給予孟魯司特鈉+射干麻黃湯治療。比較兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果：研究組治療總有效率為95.2%，高于對(duì)照組的71.4%，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。研究組咳嗽癥狀評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。研究組治療后各肺功能指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。研究組患兒癥狀緩解及完全消退時(shí)間均較對(duì)照組短，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：對(duì)咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒采取射干麻黃湯聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉治療的臨床效果顯著，能夠有效改善患兒臨床癥狀，縮短疾病恢復(fù)時(shí)間。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children. Method： A total of 42 children with cough variant asthma admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects. According to the different treatment methods， they were divided into the control group and the study group， 21 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium， while the study group was treated with Montelukast Sodium combined with Shegan Mahuang Decoction. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 95.2%， which was higher than 71.4% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The cough symptom score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The pulmonary function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group after treatment， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The time of remission and complete remission of symptoms in the study group were shorter than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction combined with Montelukast Sodium in children with cough variant asthma is significant， which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children and shorten the recovery time of the disease.

咳嗽變異性哮喘是一種主要因炎性物質(zhì)引發(fā)的慢性哮喘疾病，臨床癥狀主要以干咳、憋悶、呼吸困難等為主[1]。該疾病具有慢性發(fā)作的特點(diǎn)，癥狀鑒別度較低，與常規(guī)的上呼吸道疾病癥狀有較高的相似性。西醫(yī)領(lǐng)域中常采取頭孢類抗生素及白三烯受體拮抗劑等藥物聯(lián)合治療，但若長(zhǎng)期使用此類藥物，能夠增強(qiáng)抗生素耐藥性，且副作用較多，安全性較差。在孟魯司特鈉基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合使用中醫(yī)湯劑具有較高的實(shí)用意義。鑒于此，特選取收治的42例咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒展開(kāi)研究，現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。

為證明射干麻黃湯聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉在臨床上的應(yīng)用效果，選取筆者所在醫(yī)院2018年1月-2019年1月兒科收治的42例咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒展開(kāi)研究，結(jié)果顯示，研究組患兒治療總有效率為95.2%，高于對(duì)照組71.4%（P<0.05）;研究組咳嗽癥狀評(píng)分明顯低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;研究組患兒各肺功能指標(biāo)均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;研究組患兒癥狀緩解及完全消退時(shí)間均較對(duì)照組短（P<0.05）。說(shuō)明咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒采取射干麻黃湯聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉的治療效果較單純使用孟魯司特鈉的效果更加顯著。

綜上所述，對(duì)咳嗽變異性哮喘患兒采取射干麻黃湯聯(lián)合孟魯司特鈉治療的臨床效果顯著，能夠有效改善患兒臨床癥狀，縮短疾病恢復(fù)時(shí)間。
