[摘要] 目的 探討采取啟發(fā)式臨床醫(yī)學(xué)護(hù)理帶教模式(PCMC)+以問題為基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)模式(PBL)應(yīng)用于急診病房護(hù)理帶教工作中的效果。方法 選取該院急診科2016年1月—2019年2月收治的70名在急診科實習(xí)的護(hù)理實習(xí)生為研究對象,隨機分成研究組(n=35)與對照組(n=35),對照組采取傳統(tǒng)帶教模式,研究組采取PCMC聯(lián)合PBL的教學(xué)模式,觀察兩組護(hù)理帶教效果。結(jié)果 護(hù)理帶教結(jié)束后,考核結(jié)果顯示研究組護(hù)理實習(xí)生在理論知識成績、實踐操作成績及考核總成績上均顯著高于對照組(P<0.05);研究組護(hù)理實習(xí)生對帶教工作的總滿意率為97.14%,明顯高于對照組82.86%的總滿意率(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在急診病房護(hù)理帶教工作中,采取PCMC聯(lián)合PBL的護(hù)理帶教模式,可取得滿意的帶教效果。

Analysis of Application Value of Heuristic Clinical Medicine and Problem-based Combined Teaching Mode in Nursing Teaching in Emergency Room

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of applying heuristic clinical medical nursing teaching model (PCMC) + problem-based teaching model (PBL) to nursing teaching in emergency room. Methods Seventy nursing internships in the emergency department of the hospital from January 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a study group(n=35) and a control group(n=35). The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the research group adopted the teaching mode of PCMC combined with PBL to observe the effect of nursing teaching. Results After the nursing training, the evaluation results showed that the nursing intern in the research group was significantly higher than the control group in the theoretical knowledge scores, practical operation scores and overall assessment scores(P<0.05); The total satisfaction rate was 97.14%, which was significantly higher than the total satisfaction rate of 82.86% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing teaching work in the emergency ward, using the PCMC and PBL nursing teaching model can achieve satisfactory teaching results and is worth promoting.

急診科是醫(yī)院為搶救危重患者的重要場所,然而因該病房患者的病情差異大、病情復(fù)雜且家屬情緒不穩(wěn)定,因此對護(hù)理需求也非常高,這給急診護(hù)理醫(yī)護(hù)人員造成巨大工作壓力[1]。為滿足急診科護(hù)理工作需求,進(jìn)一步提高急診病房的護(hù)理質(zhì)量,各大醫(yī)院加大度急診護(hù)理專業(yè)人才的的招收與培訓(xùn),同時針對新進(jìn)護(hù)士及護(hù)理實習(xí)生還強化護(hù)理帶教工作,以讓護(hù)理人員操作更加規(guī)范,提高患者對急診護(hù)理服務(wù)的滿意率[2]。在實際帶教過程,近年來該院推廣使用啟發(fā)式臨床醫(yī)學(xué)帶教模式(PCMC)聯(lián)合以問題為基礎(chǔ)(PBL)的帶教模式,2016年1月—2019年2月選取該院急診科的70名護(hù)理實習(xí)生為研究對象,就不同帶教模式進(jìn)行研究,實踐表明該帶教模式取得滿意的效果,報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選取在該院急診科實習(xí)的70名護(hù)理實習(xí)生為研究對象,所有的實習(xí)生均為女性。按照隨機數(shù)字表法將研究對象分成以下兩組:研究組35名,年齡20~25歲,平均(22.5±1.3)歲;學(xué)歷:大專學(xué)歷21名,本科及以上學(xué)歷14名。對照組35名,年齡20~25歲,平均(21.9±1.5)歲;大專學(xué)歷20名,本科及以上學(xué)歷15名。兩組護(hù)理實習(xí)生在年齡及學(xué)歷等一般資料差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。具有可比性。
