[摘要] 目的 分析、探究品管圈活動降低麻醉藥品管理差錯率的工作實踐，旨在提升工作質(zhì)量與服務(wù)水平。方法 以2016年5月—2017年5月期間品管圈培訓(xùn)模式正式納入到該院麻醉藥品管理中為基準(zhǔn)，按照品管圈活動中的10個步驟開展針對性的活動。結(jié)果 在麻醉藥品管理中，通過對品管圈活動的實施與運用，處方書寫錯誤從之前的306件減少到50件;專冊登記數(shù)量與使用數(shù)量的不符事件從之前的25件減少到5件;未專冊登記的從之前的12件減少到0件。實施品管圈活動前后所生成的數(shù)據(jù)，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。除此之外，在品管圈活動的作用下，工作人員自身的綜合素養(yǎng)與實踐技能均得到有效提升。結(jié)論 將品管圈活動應(yīng)用到麻醉藥品管理中，在改變傳統(tǒng)管理方式，優(yōu)化管理內(nèi)容的同時，還可以增強(qiáng)工作人員的防范意識，促進(jìn)他們解決問題能力的提升，從而降低麻醉藥品的發(fā)錯率，有效提升門診藥房的工作效率與服務(wù)質(zhì)量，為醫(yī)院樹立良好的外界形象，實現(xiàn)醫(yī)院的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and explore the work practice of quality control circle activities to reduce the error rate of narcotic drug management， and to improve the quality of work and service levels. Methods Based on the formal introduction of the quality control circle training model from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital's narcotic drug management， the targeted activities were carried out in accordance with the 10 steps in the quality control circle activities. Results In the management of narcotic drugs， through the implementation and application of QC activities， prescription writing errors were reduced from the previous 306 to 50; discrepancies between the number of registered books and the number of uses were reduced from the previous 25 to 5， the number of unregistered items has been reduced from the previous 12 to 0. There was a statistically significant difference in the data generated before and after the QC circle activity（P<0.05）. In addition， under the action of the quality control circle， the staff's own comprehensive literacy and practical skills have been effectively improved. Conclusion Applying QC activities to the management of narcotic drugs， while changing the traditional management method and optimizing the management content， it can also enhance the staff's awareness of prevention and promote their problem-solving ability， thereby reducing the error of narcotic drugs rate， effectively improve the work efficiency and service quality of outpatient pharmacies， establish a good external image for the hospital， and achieve sustainable development of the hospital.

品管圈（QCC-Quality Control Circle）起源于美國，是一種以人為本的新型藥學(xué)服務(wù)方法和品質(zhì)管理模式，具有靈活性與實用性等優(yōu)勢，將其應(yīng)用在不同領(lǐng)域中，可以有效提高工作質(zhì)量與工作效率。在醫(yī)院的門診藥房中，麻醉藥品作為特殊管理的藥品，在醫(yī)療實踐中有著十分重要的作用，能夠有效推動各項治療手段的進(jìn)程。近些年，隨著麻醉藥品在臨床中的廣泛應(yīng)用，在提供輔助幫助的同時，也存在著大量的用藥風(fēng)險，如果不進(jìn)行有效管理，就會產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重的影響，不但會威脅患者的生命安全，還會引發(fā)許多社會問題。針對麻醉藥品管理中存在的問題，該院在2016年5月—2017年5月期間成立并運用品管圈活動，借此解決麻醉藥品中存在的問題，實現(xiàn)麻醉藥品的規(guī)范化管理。
