[摘要] 目的 分析在神經(jīng)內(nèi)科護理管理中實施精細(xì)化管理的臨床價值以及患者護理滿意情況。方法 采取抽簽法將2016年9月—2019年4月該院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治的92例患者分為參照組(46例,給予開展常規(guī)護理管理)、實驗組(46例,給予采用精細(xì)化管理)。對比兩組患者對臨床護理管理工作的評價。結(jié)果 兩組患者對臨床護理管理的滿意度研究結(jié)果評判,實驗組患者各項滿意度評分相比較于參照組同等數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)差異較大,實驗組滿意度各項評分均高于參照組各項滿意度評分,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 神經(jīng)內(nèi)科護理管理中開展精細(xì)化管理,通過加強護理工作人員專業(yè)水平,可全面提升患者臨床各項的護理滿意度,對于提升患者臨床護理體驗價值較高,可予以廣泛推廣實施。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical value of patient management in neurological nursing management and the satisfaction of patient care. Methods A total of 92 patients admitted to the Department of Neurology from September 2016 to April 2019 were divided into a reference group (46 cases, given routine nursing management) and an experimental group (46 cases, given refined management). Compare the two groups of patients' evaluations of clinical nursing management. Results Judgment of the results of the satisfaction study on clinical nursing management between the two groups of patients. Compared with the reference group, the satisfaction scores of the experimental group were significantly different. The satisfaction scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, after t value test, there was statistical significance in comparison between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out refined management in the nursing management of neurology, by enhancing the professional level of nursing staff, can comprehensively improve the nursing satisfaction of various clinical patients, and it is of high value for improving the clinical nursing experience of patients, and can be widely promoted.

神經(jīng)內(nèi)科接診的患者類型相對比較寬泛,其中暈厥、腦出血、眩暈綜合征、腦梗塞等等均是常見疾病類型。為了全面改善患者生存質(zhì)量,針對神經(jīng)內(nèi)科患者開展護理管理,不斷提升醫(yī)療護理水平,在積極治療的基礎(chǔ)之上配合專業(yè)、科學(xué)的護理措施,對穩(wěn)定其疾病具有重要幫助。實施護理管理過程當(dāng)中,精細(xì)化管理措施相比較于常規(guī)護理管理能夠更為量化、精細(xì)化地開展臨床護理,對于提升臨床整體護理效果具有重要意義[1]。該文旨在進一步分析神經(jīng)內(nèi)科護理管理中采取精細(xì)化護理管理的臨床效果以及患者護理滿意度,特選取該院2016年9月—2019年4月接收的92例患者,對其進行分組護理管理,比較常規(guī)護理管理與精細(xì)化護理管理的患者臨床護理滿意度,現(xiàn)報道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
將該醫(yī)院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治的92例患者項目調(diào)查資料,采取抽簽法進行分組,參照組與實驗組均為46例。
實驗組46例患者男女比例為21:25,年齡差距為26~68歲,平均年齡(45.37±3.28)周歲;病程為2個月~3年,平均病程為(1.26±0.23)年。
參照組46例患者男女比例為22:24,年齡差距為27~70歲,平均年齡(45.41±3.31)周歲;病程為2個月~4年,平均病程為(1.29±0.25)年。
納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):符合神經(jīng)內(nèi)科收治標(biāo)準(zhǔn)者;患者以及家屬知情該次研究者;配合該次研究且臨床資料完整者。排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn):無法配合該次研究者;認(rèn)知功能異常者;臨床資料不全者。兩組患者基線資料(病程、年齡、性別、)對比差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
