【摘? ? 要】隨著農(nóng)村小學(xué)隨班就讀學(xué)生的數(shù)量不斷增加,學(xué)校要不斷強(qiáng)化教師對于隨班就讀學(xué)生教育工作的認(rèn)識,制定隨班就讀學(xué)生個(gè)別化教育計(jì)劃,加強(qiáng)對計(jì)劃的開展和實(shí)施,以更積極的心態(tài)、更系統(tǒng)的治理體系、更負(fù)責(zé)任的行動(dòng),不斷提高農(nóng)村小學(xué)隨班就讀的質(zhì)量,使隨班就讀取得更好的成效。本文對農(nóng)村小學(xué)隨班就讀學(xué)生個(gè)別化教育計(jì)劃的制定與實(shí)施進(jìn)行了深入探究。

Formulation and Implementation of Individualized Educational Plan for Students in Regular Classes in Rural Primary Schools

【Abstract】As the number of students in regular classes in rural primary schools continues to increase, schools should continue to strengthen teachers’ understanding of the education of regular students, formulate individual education plans for regular students, and strengthen the development and implementation of the plan. With a more positive attitude, a more systematic governance system, and a more responsible action, we will continuously improve the quality of regular classes in rural primary schools, so that the regular classes can achieve better results. This article conducts an in-depth study on the formulation and implementation of individualized education plans for students in regular classes in rural primary schools.
