【摘 要】英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指出,英語寫作能力是小學(xué)階段英語綜合語言運(yùn)用能力的一個重要組成部分。教師有效指導(dǎo)小學(xué)生寫作面臨課時緊、難度大的雙重問題,此時翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。
【關(guān)鍵詞】翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念 寫作能力 提升
讓英語老師異??鄲赖膯栴}是什么?課時緊,課上沒有充足時間讓學(xué)生完成書面作業(yè);課下瑣事纏身,來不及批改學(xué)生作業(yè)。學(xué)生非常頭疼的事情則是,各科學(xué)業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)重,在學(xué)校來不及完成作業(yè);課上聽不懂,回家完成不了作業(yè)。
基于前一年寫作指導(dǎo)課的經(jīng)驗和教訓(xùn),筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)生寫作確實(shí)需要指導(dǎo),指導(dǎo)加寫作一般需要兩節(jié)課時間;指導(dǎo)后批改和學(xué)生修改也需要兩節(jié)多課;學(xué)生在校作文時沒有充足的優(yōu)秀習(xí)作欣賞時間和查閱書籍的時間,寫出的文章質(zhì)量不高等。借鑒翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的“四步法”,課前給學(xué)生布置任務(wù)并提供資源指導(dǎo)其完成,課上學(xué)生反饋、練習(xí)、提升,這就是筆者所說的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念。此舉能有效縮短課時,提升教學(xué)效率,最終促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。以下是筆者本次寫作指導(dǎo)課的嘗試。
一、 課前指導(dǎo),化難為易
本次學(xué)習(xí)的話題是“健康飲食”。這次,筆者一改以往的做法,選擇讓學(xué)生回家完成習(xí)作,并且在QQ群里通過語音和文字,對學(xué)生進(jìn)行了寫作指導(dǎo)。這個語音就像一節(jié)小小的微課,學(xué)生聽了就會有寫作的思路,避免一些偏題或者無話可說的現(xiàn)象。學(xué)生只需根據(jù)個人能力,在家完成一份自己的作文草稿,既省時又省力。
二、 結(jié)合實(shí)踐,提升能力
第二天課前,我把同學(xué)們的作文草稿收上來,進(jìn)行快速翻閱,以了解整體完成情況,收集主要問題,但是不需逐一親自修改。到了英語課上,我分四步開展教學(xué)。第一步,反饋思考。我讓學(xué)生回憶寫作的幾個注意點(diǎn),熟悉星級評價法。怎樣的文章是一星(normal),怎樣的是二星(good),怎樣的是三星(excellent)。第二步,進(jìn)階作業(yè)。我把準(zhǔn)備好的相應(yīng)等級的三篇文章(同學(xué)們昨天寫的),讓同學(xué)們運(yùn)用星級評價法進(jìn)行評析。大部分同學(xué)都能判斷文章的優(yōu)劣,并說出好處和缺陷。有位名人這樣說:“點(diǎn)評和感悟猶如給了自己創(chuàng)作的靈感。”此時,學(xué)生已然開始重新整理自己的思路,并且對優(yōu)秀文章有了清晰的概念,為開展提升練習(xí)做好了充分的鋪墊。第三步,協(xié)作探究。我讓學(xué)生修改完善自己的作文,并在小組(6人一組)內(nèi)依次修改和分享,推選出最優(yōu)作文,再集體對最優(yōu)作文進(jìn)行修改。第四步,展示質(zhì)疑。學(xué)生朗讀優(yōu)秀作品,大家一起運(yùn)用評價法和平時積累進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評,教師只是從旁引導(dǎo)。所謂“該出場時才出場”,老師此時要退后一步,把舞臺還給學(xué)生,學(xué)生經(jīng)過再賞析和自由評點(diǎn),各方面能力得到了充分提升。就連平時不善于寫作的同學(xué),也聽得津津有味,點(diǎn)評得頭頭是道,學(xué)習(xí)英語的自信心得到了前所未有的增強(qiáng)。相信通過這樣的創(chuàng)新型課堂,學(xué)生會更喜歡英語,熱愛寫作,享受學(xué)習(xí)生活。
三、 成果分析,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗
(一) “一星”到“二星”
班級中幾位英語基礎(chǔ)非常差的同學(xué),平時看到英語就頭疼,寫作更是讓他們無從下手。其中一位同學(xué),他通過在家學(xué)習(xí)微課,列出了作文草稿。盡管草稿中錯誤百出,但是大概思路對了。經(jīng)過課堂修改和互評,他的作文上升了一個等級,思路也更清晰了。

I like eating noodles and dumplings. We usually have them at last time a week. I usually have breakfast at home. We like having steamed bread, eggs and drink milk in the morning. I have my lunch at school. I eat some meat, vegetables and some rice. My dinner eat some rice, meat and some vegetables.

(二) “二星”到“三星”
還有一部分同學(xué)屬于對自己要求比較低,或者思路打不開。這時候,在課上欣賞他人的習(xí)作,接受他人的點(diǎn)評,對他們來說顯得尤為重要。一節(jié)課下來,很多同學(xué)的作文能上升到第二個檔次:語句通順,結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,句式多變,錯誤少。

I have a lot of noodles for breakfast. I sometimes have some steamed buns. For lunch and dinner, I eat some meat and vegetables. I usually have some soup. I eat a lot of rice.
I like drinking milk. I drink a glass of milk every day.

(三) “三星”優(yōu)秀習(xí)作
當(dāng)然,有一部分同學(xué)接受了老師布置的任務(wù)后,能夠根據(jù)微課整理思路,查找想表達(dá)的詞句,寫出相當(dāng)好的文章。孫嬋同學(xué)的文章就在課上受到了其他同學(xué)的一致推薦,她運(yùn)用的一些句型也給了其他同學(xué)很好的啟發(fā)。相信充滿鼓舞和激勵的課堂,不僅對她,對整個班級都是極其有益的。

I like bread and milk very much. I have them for breakfast. They give me energy and they are very healthy. This meal helps me start the day. I love hamburgers, but I do not eat them anymore. I eat rice with fish and vegetables. I often eat an apple with lunch. Apples are my favorite. They are good for me. This meal gives me energy for the afternoon. For dinner, I often have soup, meat and vegetables. I like vegetables best, because I need a lot of vitamins to stay healthy.

記得有位哲學(xué)家說過,教育是根據(jù)社會發(fā)展和學(xué)生需求不斷變化和調(diào)整的。作為一名教師,應(yīng)該抓住主要矛盾,及時調(diào)整自己的教學(xué),爭取教學(xué)效益最大化。磨刀不誤砍柴工,只有適時的引導(dǎo),合理的教學(xué)設(shè)計,才能使教學(xué)效果更上一層樓。把翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念運(yùn)用于寫作指導(dǎo)正是如此,我們應(yīng)把課堂和時間還給學(xué)生,解放學(xué)生的天性,激發(fā)學(xué)生潛能。
