[摘要] 目的 探討循證醫(yī)學(xué)在超聲醫(yī)學(xué)臨床教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選擇該院2015級(jí)與2016級(jí)醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科實(shí)習(xí)生90名作為該次研究對(duì)象,將實(shí)習(xí)生依據(jù)不同教學(xué)方法分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,兩組分別有45名實(shí)習(xí)生,對(duì)照組應(yīng)用傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法教學(xué),觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用循證醫(yī)學(xué)教學(xué)法教學(xué),對(duì)比兩組實(shí)習(xí)生的理論成績(jī)與教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果 觀察組實(shí)習(xí)生的理論成績(jī)要顯著比對(duì)照組高(P<0.05);觀察組實(shí)習(xí)生的文獻(xiàn)檢索能力、分析處理問(wèn)題能力、自學(xué)能力、創(chuàng)新能力以及學(xué)習(xí)積極性評(píng)分均要顯著比對(duì)照組高(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 循證醫(yī)學(xué)在超聲醫(yī)學(xué)臨床教學(xué)中具有顯著應(yīng)用效果,可顯著提高實(shí)習(xí)生多項(xiàng)能力,改善超聲醫(yī)學(xué)臨床教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

Application of Evidence-based Medicine in Clinical Teaching of Ultrasound Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based medicine in clinical teaching of ultrasound medicine. Methods 90 undergraduates of medical imaging majors from 2015 and 2016 in the hospital were selected as the research object. The intern was divided into observation group and control group according to different teaching methods. The control group applied traditional teaching methods, the observation group applied evidence-based medicine teaching methods based on the control group, and compared the theoretical results and teaching effects of the two groups of interns. Results The theoretical scores of the intern group in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The document retrieval ability, analysis and processing ability, self-learning ability, innovation ability, and learning motivation score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based medicine has a significant application effect in the clinical teaching of ultrasound medicine. It can significantly improve the interns' ability and improve the quality of clinical teaching of ultrasound medicine.

醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)是分析探討疾病發(fā)生、發(fā)展、轉(zhuǎn)歸過(guò)程中患者機(jī)體形態(tài)與功能變化情況的一種臨床科學(xué),主要有放射醫(yī)學(xué)、核醫(yī)學(xué)、核磁共振、超聲醫(yī)學(xué)等,其中超聲醫(yī)學(xué)是影像醫(yī)學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)的醫(yī)學(xué)生必須熟練掌握的一門(mén)學(xué)科[1]。近些年因?yàn)獒t(yī)學(xué)影像科技水平的逐漸提升,超聲醫(yī)學(xué)開(kāi)始涌現(xiàn)出眾多新技術(shù)與新方法,而對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生的教學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也隨之提高,為了保證超聲醫(yī)學(xué)臨床教學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)性、時(shí)代性以及系統(tǒng)性,臨床教學(xué)中必須應(yīng)用新型教學(xué)方法與教學(xué)理念。循證醫(yī)學(xué)通過(guò)秉承全新的醫(yī)學(xué)觀與醫(yī)學(xué)方法,在超聲醫(yī)學(xué)臨床教學(xué)中開(kāi)始占據(jù)重要地位[2]。該次研究的主要目的是探討循證醫(yī)學(xué)在超聲醫(yī)學(xué)臨床教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用效果,特選擇該院2015級(jí)與2016級(jí)90名醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科實(shí)習(xí)生進(jìn)行研究,報(bào)道如下。
1? 資料與方法
1.1? 一般資料
選擇該院2015級(jí)與2016級(jí)醫(yī)學(xué)影像學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科實(shí)習(xí)生90名作為該次研究對(duì)象,將實(shí)習(xí)生依據(jù)不同教學(xué)方法分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,兩組分別有45名實(shí)習(xí)生。觀察組45名實(shí)習(xí)生中,男25名、女20名;年齡21~25歲,平均年齡(22.6±0.7)歲。對(duì)照組45名實(shí)習(xí)生中,男28名、女17名;年齡20~26歲,平均年齡(22.9±0.8)歲。兩組實(shí)習(xí)生基本資料對(duì)比差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),有可比性。
