摘?要：以改革開放40年為時(shí)間維度，對我國競技網(wǎng)球改革發(fā)展的成就與經(jīng)驗(yàn)、新時(shí)代競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展走向進(jìn)行研究。認(rèn)為：我國競技網(wǎng)球發(fā)展始終以改革開放、世界職業(yè)網(wǎng)球發(fā)展規(guī)律為導(dǎo)向，運(yùn)動成績?nèi)〉昧藲v史性突破，表現(xiàn)為女子成績好于男子成績，女網(wǎng)在亞洲處于領(lǐng)先地位，在世界具有一定的競爭力。歸納總結(jié)主要經(jīng)驗(yàn)包括三個(gè)方面：一是保障性——舉國體制優(yōu)勢;二是開放性——融入世界職業(yè)網(wǎng)球;三是創(chuàng)新性——戰(zhàn)略制定與轉(zhuǎn)移。根據(jù)競技網(wǎng)球以融合體制內(nèi)外資源為主線的發(fā)展思路，提出今后的發(fā)展走向：推進(jìn)“管辦分離”改革;完善舉國體制與職業(yè)網(wǎng)球融合機(jī)制;打破運(yùn)動員身份壁壘，推進(jìn)青少年、成人運(yùn)動員自由流動參賽;推進(jìn)青少年網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練工程;加大科技助力網(wǎng)球訓(xùn)練力度;推進(jìn)“企業(yè)+網(wǎng)球+教育”的“體教融合”培養(yǎng)模式;全球化吸納網(wǎng)球優(yōu)質(zhì)資源;推動網(wǎng)球進(jìn)校園，為俱樂部、體校選拔人才儲備力量;培育網(wǎng)球市場，拓寬融資渠道;推進(jìn)網(wǎng)球產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等方面實(shí)現(xiàn)為國爭光的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。

Abstract：With 40 years of reform and opening up as the time dimension， this paper studies the achievements and experience of China's competitive tennis reform and development， and the development trend of competitive tennis in the new era. It is believed that the development of competitive tennis in China has always been guided by the reform and opening up and the development of professional tennis in the world. The historical breakthrough has been achieved in sports performance. The performance of women is better than that of men. The women tennis is in a leading position in Asia and has a certain competitiveness in the world.The main experience includes three aspects as follows： First， security： advantages of the whole country system;Second， openness： integration into the world professional tennis;Third， innovation： strategy formulation and transfer.According to the development idea of integrating internal and external resources of competitive tennis， it puts forward the development trend in the future： Promoting the reform of "government regulation separating from management";Perfecting the integration mechanism of the national system and professional tennis;Breaking down the barriers of athletes' identity and promote the free movement of young and adult athletes to participate in the games;Promoting the youth tennis training project;Promoting technology to help tennis training efforts;Promoting "enterprise+tennis+education" "sports education integration" training mode;absorbing high-quality tennis resources in the world;Promoting tennis into the campus， and selecting talent reserves for clubs and sports schools;Cultivating tennis market and broadening financing channels;Promoting the development of tennis industry and other aspects to achieve the goal of winning glory for the country.
