[摘要] 目的 對(duì)肺科護(hù)理教學(xué)中的臨床路徑教學(xué)方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)、探討,觀察教學(xué)效果,為護(hù)理人才的教學(xué)、培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐提供參考與指導(dǎo)。方法 2018年7月—2019年12月將30名肺科護(hù)理學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,分設(shè)常規(guī)帶教組與臨床路徑教學(xué)組,每組隨機(jī)分配學(xué)生15名。對(duì)常規(guī)帶教組學(xué)生,采取常規(guī)的帶教方式進(jìn)行教學(xué),對(duì)臨床路徑教學(xué)組學(xué)生,采取臨床路徑教學(xué)法進(jìn)行教學(xué),對(duì)比兩組學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)及其對(duì)教學(xué)工作的滿意度。結(jié)果 經(jīng)分組教學(xué)與評(píng)價(jià)后發(fā)現(xiàn),與常規(guī)帶教組相比,臨床路徑教學(xué)組學(xué)生的操作成績(jī)、理論成績(jī)、綜合成績(jī)均顯著更高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。同時(shí),臨床路徑教學(xué)組學(xué)生對(duì)護(hù)理教學(xué)的滿意度,也比常規(guī)帶教組學(xué)生明顯更高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在肺科學(xué)生的教學(xué)、培養(yǎng)中,臨床路徑教學(xué)法的應(yīng)用,能夠有效提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和教學(xué)滿意度,值得加強(qiáng)推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To summarize and discuss the clinical path teaching methods in pulmonary nursing teaching, observe the teaching effect, and provide reference and guidance for the teaching and training of nursing talents. Methods From July 2018 to December 2019 thirty pulmonary nursing students were taken as the research objects, divided into a routine teaching group and a clinical path teaching group, and 15 students were randomly assigned to each group. For students in the conventional teaching group, the conventional teaching method was adopted for teaching, and for the students in the clinical path teaching group, the clinical path teaching method was adopted for teaching, and the academic performance of the two groups of students and their satisfaction with the teaching work are compared. Results After group teaching and evaluation, it was found that compared with the conventional teaching group, the clinical path teaching group had significantly higher operational scores, theoretical scores, and comprehensive scores, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction of students in the clinical pathway teaching group with nursing teaching was also significantly higher than that of the students in the conventional teaching group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching and training of pulmonary students, the application of clinical path teaching method can effectively improve students' academic performance and teaching satisfaction, and it is worthy of promotion.

護(hù)理人才的教學(xué)、培養(yǎng),歷來(lái)備受關(guān)注與重視,因?yàn)槠渚o緊關(guān)系著臨床工作的開(kāi)展,對(duì)患者的病情治療具有直接的影響[1]。尤其是在肺科當(dāng)中,由于患者的病情往往重、急、復(fù)雜、多樣,所以對(duì)護(hù)理人員的素質(zhì)、能力要求更高,在這樣的情況下,我們就必須要引入更加科學(xué)的肺科護(hù)理人才教學(xué)、培養(yǎng)方法,以提高護(hù)理人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,推動(dòng)臨床工作的有序開(kāi)展,保障患者健康、安全[2]。臨床路徑教學(xué)法是近年來(lái)興起的一種教學(xué)方法,對(duì)于提高護(hù)理學(xué)生的綜合能力有著良好的作用。該研究通過(guò)對(duì)15名肺科護(hù)理學(xué)生采取臨床路徑教學(xué)法進(jìn)行教學(xué),取得了非常理想的教學(xué)成效,與常規(guī)帶教教學(xué)相比,不僅提高了學(xué)生的操作成績(jī)、理論成績(jī)、綜合成績(jī),并且還提高了學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)工作的滿意度,現(xiàn)分析2018年7月—2019年12月在該院肺科學(xué)習(xí)的30名護(hù)理專業(yè)學(xué)生的資料,報(bào)道如下。
在該文的研究過(guò)程當(dāng)中,通過(guò)對(duì)臨床路徑教學(xué)組患者采取臨床路徑教學(xué)法進(jìn)行教學(xué),使學(xué)生操作成績(jī)、理論成績(jī)、綜合成績(jī)分別取得了(95.47±1.75)分、(98.41±1.63)分、(96.47±1.19)分的優(yōu)異成績(jī),常規(guī)帶教組的學(xué)生,操作成績(jī)、理論成績(jī)、綜合成績(jī)分別為(89.58±2.59)分、(92.41±1.57)分、(90.41±1.26)分,臨床路徑教學(xué)組各維度學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)得分,顯著高于常規(guī)帶教組(P<0.05)。另外,臨床路徑教學(xué)組學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)的滿意度為(95.86±1.89)分,常規(guī)帶教組學(xué)生對(duì)教學(xué)的滿意度為(86.57±2.74)分,臨床路徑教學(xué)組同樣更高(P<0.05)。這證明在肺科學(xué)生的教學(xué)、培養(yǎng)中,臨床路徑教學(xué)法的應(yīng)用,可以取得比常規(guī)帶教更為理想的教學(xué)效果,能夠有效提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和教學(xué)滿意度,值得加強(qiáng)推廣。
